Next big date could be Fri 24th Aug - BPC would need to issue an extension RNS by around then, if they wanted another month of negotiation.

As has been pointed out before now, it was interesting that the first extension was only until Sept 1st, not the 3rd, which would have been a calendar month since enter of first three month exclusivity agreement.

Following on from this morning's 10% dip - assuming it was a tree shake to fill a large buy order around the 6p mark, how big an order do you need to place, at a defined buy price, to get all the MMs to act in concert to drive the price down? Something in the order of 500,000 shares? 10 million shares?

Will be interested to see if any unreported buys from around 11am show up later on, and what size they are.

Think Malcy's interview will be good for the share (assuming everything on track!).

I'm sure Malcy will be as interested just as much in SP's body language as in what he says, which you cannot get over the phone or via email, or even a video conference.

A positive write up should boost the share price.

Just started looking at this now, as am looking to spread investments in a number of oil companies.

I looked on Edison's site, but nothing on NTOD that I could find in terms of research notes etc.

Have any research notes been published on this recently, by anybody, which give any indication to future valuation?

At the current rate we will be 9p by 4:30 today!!!

Just re-checked my calculation - we got to be a £100 million MCAP company at 6.4p!!!

If we finish above 6.6p today, we will be a £100m MCap company!

Apparently the level at which institutional investors become interested!!!

If the major signs a good deal with BPC, then share price may go up to between 20-30p, according to various posters here and on other boards.

This would give Mr Potter a massive payday (as he owns 60 odd million shares), which the oil major may be uncomfortable with.

Maybe part of the deal will be that he trades these shares for an equivalent number in Shell (BP or whoever), with some sort of lock-in for a few years to make sure he does not do a runner to the nearest golf course - Golden Handcuffs to ensure an orderly handover.
