The SP rose from mid-october in anticipation of Intrims. On top of this the exchange figures were confirmed by Tim I think. So GST were turning over revenue. Intrims released SP dropped then continued to rise can correct itself as the Intrims were verygood and as expected. We pay for Cake 2nd Jan then the world wakes up to what we actually have.

Your placing was done after 2nd Jan to 16th Jan. So go and have a look at the volumes and price range to pin down the date and pirce of placing there is a clue.

Go back and look at volumes mid october to 17th Dec. 6m volume would move the SP up. If mm's want to move sp they will by setting order book. It didn't 100m daily volume to move 10%.

Investors (traders) will sell and buy. The small trades may not even be investros something is creating a book for what ever reason.

Most on here are holding and even looking to buy more. Personally if the mm's can keep it here unti 6th April i would be greatful so I can top up my ISA with another 1m, wifes ISA with another 1m and 3 kids ISA's. So cheaper the better for me.

However the problem is your just not going to get the volume when you want it.

Those selling in their retail accounts need this share to drop 20 to 30% to buy back more shares than they had when they sold. As soon as you have sold your hit with 20% CGT. Hence why you need it to drop 20% at least from any selling price. Your ISA holders don't have to worry however most haven't got gazllions of shares in their ISA''s which are Tax free. The small trades could even be ISA holds playing a trade.

Just two things to pick out.;

We are charging comm. on transactions otherwise we would be making a loss on transaction margins. YE results obviously will confirm this. Cash paid to Cake, raise done afterwards on top of this it was opp to cash in on sentiment/new deal maybe. Also company would use its cash in hand (revenue ) to pay for deal. Please remember when company issues shares its not classed a profit so no tax to pay. VERY GOOD move for YE 25 CT.

Its safe to say we are coining it in and .02% is the norm -/+ any variation.
