I would be more concerned if a few held 70% in GST the. The 30% have no say.

But if you read the company governance I think any decisions must have 95% support.

So we humble 70% holders are sitting on a golden goose.!!!!!

70% shares could also have HNWI and II as they have not crossed threshold. On top of this we 70% holders should be shouting the virtues of our Bank!!!!!!!!

Most forget the "cash in hand" a business has in their valuations. Everything else is just either tangible or intangile assets.

Intangile assets are never recorded in a balance sheet. So we are worht alot more!

Bake had $20m incustomers assets from when we took over In December. $80m pre to end of November. However our exchanges etc (GS20) did grow alot in October and thereafter. Could have just been these assets moving or we fully rolled out by then.

You can call Bake/GS20 what you like for the moment or use which ever brand has the highest impact or monetisation.

Each pillar will bring its own valuation and when and if sold/closed & retired it will be easliy done so. Not saying this will happen but its just good business and house keeping.

Bake is separate as its part of a group of companies.
