not a problem exchanging shares between investors. makes no difference to total shares in issue. i've seen it before in other shares over the years. don't like the use of the words 'secondary placing'. we are still on aim and small investors see the word placing and panic! should have been worded in a totally different way - share swap? **************? not rocket science. first misstep i've seen with hvo. b

There's also lots of PIs on here who were also holding at higher prices, 40p++, and so need the sp to move higher so they can sell.

If no news this will just go lower and lower as we approach March and no Riverfort decision or Bond financing. This has been handled horrendously by management. Terrible way to treat shareholders. But this is AIM, so not entirely unexpected, although PXC always led us to believe they were different. More fool us!!

She resigned and left immediately because she doesn't want to be associated with a company that goes bust on her watch! It wouldn't look good on her CV.

The large trades are very interesting. A holdings notice will be on the way soon - but that's because institutions are selling out of this basket case of a company!

Good to see JP Morgan buying shares in HVO. And they now hold more shares in HVO than the total market cap of failing and soon to be bust TLY.

It's being talked up because it's a rare gem on the AIM market - A profitable, growing business that is now starting to pay regular dividends, with no worries about decimating shareholders with placings at massive discounts.

A fantastic company rewarding it's share base.
