I was in SLP a long time ago for about 2 years. Everything was going well, but the SP was on the floor (around 7P). No one could fathom the reason and a lot of shareholders gave up (including me). A few months later it took off while I was on holiday abroad and I never saw it!! Had a rather big holding there before selling. Not going to make the same mistake twice. It cost me a small fortune! I'm sticking it out with BRES. ATB

Doubling up - Just done a placing a few weeks ago at 11.5p for £2.7m. Don't expect it to go up much more while placing shares being sold, but if debt financing finally happens (Maybe a big IF) these prices will look very cheap. ATB

Purchase of Equipment

The Company has executed an Asset Purchase Agreement (the "Purchase Agreement") to acquire two pre-owned ball mills to be used in the processing circuit at the Empire open-pit mine. The closing and funding date of the Purchase Agreement is 15 March 2024 and is subject to a final inspection and inventory of parts and components. Additional information will be provided following the closing date. The Directors believe the purchase of these mills at a significant discount to the price of the same equipment when new, should have a material positive impact on the Empire mine project economics, as well as reducing the time required to purchase these long lead-time items.

Refinancing of Short-Term Loan Facility

The Company also confirms that it has agreed terms to refinance the Existing Facility into an 18-month term loan (the "Term Loan"), and is currently finalising the legal documentation. Pending execution of the Term Loan documentation, the lender has agreed to waive its conversion rights on the Existing Facility until 1 March 2024. Further information regarding the Term Loan will be provided following execution of the legal documentation.

Hi justdeezerts. No a bad insult there, well done. But by far the biggest insult was by cashking saying I held shares here!! What a horrible thing to say!!! But as I said earlier, Dead Cat Bounce now running out of steam and share price plummeting now. At least you'll be used to it here. ATB

It's the massive potential here that people like stt1. Not like TLY, which just lurches along with 1 customer. Potential is none existent for TLY. You just don't understand the stock market. It's all about potentiall!
