Agendas and shorts are pushing SP down. Shorts know forward selling will happen over 15p and they can close out then . Agendas will include pushing below 15p to lower the offer for second helping of spring loaded SP or to scupper the deal and get rog to put more in at 27p. Maybe just take it private!

so, assuming 50m at 27p and 100m at 15p a 17p SP is the same as 13.5p last week (but with 150m extra in cash). now, does that seem right?

so, 133.33% on 13.5p = 17.99p. no brainer why we are sat here. If we expect a PI subscription price of 15p then SP should go to 20p. Bout 14% upside in a week methinks. Then, with the money, it will be a Q of does that take us past growth and return to increasing profitability. OR an better offer over 33p. Sounds about right o me, so should drive price up a bit more. Unless covid disaster.
