These Board changes are a huge positive inmy book, the CFO was a light weight and is being replaced by a very capable man with great experience in managing a big successful business. The lady from Omnicom will be very well connected to the biggest US brands. Both of these high profile people will have taken a very good look under the bonnet at Silver Bullet and like what they see. I think someone read this all wrong and got worried about nothing, typical in this weak market but a great buying opportunity in what will be a super growth stock over the next decade IMO.
SBDS name 40 blue chip clients and so far Mars is the largest and signed a $2.3m contract for this year. The potential here is massive without any new clients. The renewals are particularly positive because these Companies have used the product/service for three years and are increasing their spend. That speaks volumes for the quality of SB. I'm sure there are new brand wins but they are unlikely to start will a multi million dollar deal. I agree they will be bought out as often happens with cutting edge UK companies.
Sooner or later, their position in the market post cookies will be very powerful and the blue chip client list demonstrates the
huge value here. All time high 330p, recent high 190p, both will be taken out this year imho.

CEL is emulating GW Pharma, they got bid for by a US Company 3 years ago at $7.2 billion
DUBLIN and LONDON, Feb. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: JAZZ) and GW Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: GWPH) today announced the companies have entered into a definitive agreement for Jazz to acquire GW for $220.00 per American Depositary Share (ADS), in the form of $200.00 in cash and $20.00 in Jazz ordinary shares, for a total consideration of $7.2 billion, or $6.7 billion net of GW cash. The transaction, which has been unanimously approved by the Boards of Directors of both companies, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021.
There are 4 upsides now
1. Avani Bid, has to be 18p quite likely
2/ A US Coal biz bids, it is cheap possible
3/ MBU come in to rebuy the stake they sold - unlikely
4/ MET Coal B gets back to $250 and BEN start making $50m a year - quite likely
Silver Bullet is a very exciting stock but although the price is rising strongly there is hardly any comment on this company, nobody seems to know anything about it. There must be something happening and there must be news coming.
This is absolutely massive for Silver Bullet. The 4D AI Platform was built to handle digital marketing with privacy and will benefit from the deprecating of cookies. The Open X deal will drive a tsunami of business to them. It is taking a long time but we will soon see the share price break through the IPO level imho.
Just topped up a bit.
The MM,s are playing games as they often do DGI is very well bid at 0.1975 and only offered in 1m shares at .20 (that's only £2,000 worth) The proper price is .21 to 0.23. It looks like the MM's are worried this might go on another run up soon, maybe on some news either from the industry or the Company. I think we will see it hit 1p in H1 and that is just the start imho
DGI is a victim of London's dysfunctional markets, if this Company floated on NASDAQ with this management Team and this technology it would be worth $billions. I expect a move to that market by the end of this year.
It may come as a surprise to people here but I spoke to several small cap investors this morning about DGI and none of them had every heard of the Company and had no idea that three top guys from Tesla had taken control. I sold my Argo this morning and topped up with DGI . The hard thing will be to hold on to this share for three years but that is what I'm going to try to do and turn £10k into £1m.
