I think we are all assuming we will get NICE approval for AIHL so would this also be a trigger for sales in Europe as well as the rest of the world ?

Depending on what you feel our cashburn rate is we could be funded from April until September , so a cash raise w ould be a likely outcome , the big question is when?,
If , as has been intimated that we will go for FDA approval and going by the timelines then February would be when they would apply and as we saw last week it would increase the sp considerably thus making it a good time for a cash raise .
The timing would also be good as it would only be a few months before any NICE conformation regarding AIHL and possibly news on the stroke test which in theory could mean not having to give such a big a discount as previously happened .
Going down other routes with the FDA could also mean less expense or possibly teaming up with a distributor in the US who could take on the cost with a % cut of profits .
This is all a bit of if , where , when and who time but it sort of makes sense , to me anyway???

A good US distributer would be great and short term cost effective and possibly even quicker as they should have all the contacts , as for the 510k and De Novo Jimi , like you say it is not that clear but i am hoping what with NICE approval any tests they need to do will be limited??.

Starrs, that was my take on it as well but it seems they may take NICE as a main stay acceptance with reduced tests by themselves so that could leave the balance of the £2m for pr and promotion?

It seems that not just a picture is emerging but also a possible timescale .We have been told that NICE is being fast tracked so when we have their accreditation it will make FDA approval so much easier and quicker as by FDA standards for tests which i am assuming would require less scrutiny than drugs . We have now been informed today we are pre applying to the FDA which has to be done a minimum of 90 days before application which takes us to the end of January, roughly. We also know we are funded to approx june time but you would not wait until then for a fund raise so if no sales are forthcoming in the next few months then what better time to go to market just after an FDA application and a few months before NICE accreditation is accepted . As we have seen today what happens when FDA gets mentioned in an rns and what better time than an fda full application to dilute for the £2m which looks like is mainly for PR and promotion in the US rather than costs for FDA expenses,,,,,,, possibly???

Just copied and paste the main parts of the rns and it give a good guideline as regards timescales expected .

Until we get significant sales i cant see any takeover happening, takeovers normally happen on product/s that are successful and not on potential and as we have no sales yet i would be surprised if any offers are forthcoming , that is not to say we are not being looked at .

It is grear that we are getting fast tracked but it is still 6 months away, the attack on the US market wont happen until we have a spare £2m but what i am not sure about is trying to sell in Europe and other countries around the world. I am working on the theory that we have the needed accreditations to sell but as yet still no sales , surely after nearly 6 months the sales team should have, or be very close and if not , WHY?

Good luck with whatever you do Roger, i feel a lot ofus have been hoodwinked to a point but i still feel this will come good, yes it will be years rather than months but there will be spikes along the way which i think will give good oppotunities for trades along the way . will you be keeping some in for the bottom drawer or get out completely?

The only good thing about Friday s rise is that we get to have a blue screen all weekend for the sp , the bad news is that it is only showing 12.75

Roger, the stroke assay is due q1 next year AND then clarification of some kind is required i think.
I am as gutted about the sp as everyone else and also the comms but having looked back at their web site they pretty much implied what has happened , news front wise . I was hoping we would have heard about AIHL regarding EU sales by now but it looks like that is taking its time . I am still optomistic that gdr will do well but it is a case of eventually rather than NOW imo.

Just been re reading some of their literature regarding news and sales targets , we are due an update on the stroke test but not due for release until q1 next year then clarification needed and AIHL expect moderate sales in the uk until NICE guidence which is next near , not great reading but there in black and white unfortunately .

I cant remember exactly but were they not hoping sales in Europe were going to be used for US funding .
I think timewise Roger you could very well be right with spikes along the way.

Is it possible that between Budd and the sales team AIHL will not be a success in sales terms no matter how incompetent they are ????.

Rather than just vote him out if things haven't changed by the agm then attend and make them all squirm with direct questions . Being self employed it will cost me a days wage plus travel but I have a lot more than that invested so answers are needed

From what i know it needs 51% of shareholders to instruct the chairman to get rid of the CEO which seems unlikely , e mails are doing no good so the only thing left is to attend the next agm with some very direct questions to the BOD in the hope we get some honest replies .
For me at the minute is can AIHL succeed even with Budd in place and my feeling is still yes BUT nowhere near to its potential i feel it could.

Could nt agree more Roger , if i was a salesman for GDR atm and could nt sell AIHL to a foreign country let alone in the uk i would seriously consider a career change.
