I feel in 5-6 months time we will be in a lot better place regarding the sp even AFTER any placement or fund raise .

Guy, we are expecting NICE news in February and stroke test launch in April/May and between then and now we could hear of a pre launch for the FDA which will send the sp far higher than it is now . If you were looking to invest in GDR with that still to come knowing how quickly the sp rises would early Jan be a good time ?. For those buying then they could sell top slice just afteer the NICE news and then wait for any financing deal that will be brokered .
The one thing we dont know is when we get the first sales to any EU countries as i firmly believe that is what we will re rate us cosiderably.

Roger it is impossible to argue with your post today and it is looking like it will stagnate for the next 2-3 months at least with no real news expected . An open question to all really with news due in February from NICE and the launch of the stroke marker in March/April with potential sales of AIHL worldwide at £70m plus and stroke at double that per annum , if/when we get offers for the company it is very likely it will turn into a bidding war between multiple pharmas what are peoples thoughts it would get to , taking into account that it is the weekend and verbal insults are nt allowed and ignoring current sp . I will kick it off by saying that if we have sales in the UK and other EU countries, £1 plus is indeed realistic , and if sales are possible in the USA with FDA approval £2.

In response to INphobe s question , as the company have stated a cash injection will be needed as they don't see significant sales short term to keep us going until sales increase . That is taking the realistic point of view on how they see it based on the facts they have to hand so I am working on the theory they have been in contact with health care trusts in the UK with the possibility of taking AIHL before any notification from NICE . Then there are the unknowns , possibly clutching at straws I admit but what about all the private and government run health care providers in the rest of the world ?, is it possible they get a phone call or an order from say Denmark Finland or fingers crossed Germany as all the information as we have seen will be in the medical journals etc. Imagine if this actually went public and expecting parents knew that for the cost of £60 it would eliminate the possibility of their child going deaf , they would be quing up with their debit card.

Guy , if only 10% of that would be good . I think we all know that not much will be heard from the BOD until next year unless we sell a few AIHL tests or commercial deals which seems unlikely not matter what is said or wished for .

We are where we are as has been said in that the market does not trust or believe the BOD , so many promises and failed to deliver .As regards funding and offers , there are so many variables that could happen but a lot will depend i hope on NICE approval and FDA application that if we can hold fire until then , then we may be in a better position ,or possibly not . The next 3 months or so look pretty bleak so if we can get a few scraps of good rns regarding any deals or sales then we could keep treading water at the current sp.
As we have seen frustration is all around this share which totally understandable but i can still see some possible positives in the medium term so i will be holding . rightly or wrongly who knows .

Inphobe, i think the 2 main questions for me are how much we will need and when?.
It looks like we are funded until June/ July time but it would be foolish to wait until then as we would have no bargaining power as such to dictate terms as such . The rns was as bad as i can remember seeing but the presentation was a little better, just . We should get news in February time regarding AIHL and stroke test launch in March /April time although that still needs regulatory approval , we then have the potential of FDA application again dependant on how the pre app goes so good news is there but not for at least 3-4 months which a fund raise would then be the best time to go for . The big worry for me is the market loves the products we produce as we observed with our covid tests all be it in a pandemic , what the market hates it seems is the way the company is run hence why we are at 9p. Has the BOD learnt anything over the years or is Roger right in suspecting we are being lined up for a sell off to a particular suitor only time will tell.
In answer to your question i dont think there is one based on what we know , the potential is there with the products but are the BOD up to it , based on the presentation skills from the CFO and the CEO i dont think so .

Dealing with shareholders over the phone or by e mail is very easy, face to face at the agm and they would **** themselves as all their waffle has been heard before.

Roger , I agree with your thoughts and the BOD and we may get an offer in the 20 s but for me at that price there will be a bidding war like no other . There are too many bio companies out there that would throw a lot more than £20m at this if it kicked off . What would the true market value be for GDR with NICE approval and FDA admittion doe AIHL AND stroke test ????

Having listened to the presentation for a novice like myself i found it informative into the regulations etc that are required , as a salesman with years of experience and knowledge behind me i would expect to not only know these but also to have pre empted them by actioning everything that was required . Then to hear that WE are having to put a buisiness plan together forthe trusts for cost effectivness FFS , we have an inept sales team selling tto incompetent trust managers, Ifeel sorry for all shareholders in this company but eventually i think we will see ssome sort of return . The ones i feel really sorry for are the families and infants who have not had the access TO A £60 TEST to prevent the loss of hearing , CRIMINAL.

Welcome back Jay , you are not too late the real action does nt start until next year.

Although i may not be a big fan of Budd s , to pass the blame a little closer to home i had the oppotunity over the last 18 months or so to have sold and bought back in so i wouldnow have £200k in the bank with 500k shares on a free carry which would have meant i would have played golf today somewhere a lot warmer than in England , so that mistake lies firmly at my door , lets hope over the next 12 months i dont repeat those mistakes.

Lloyd , i agree entirely about past history and mistakes made but make no mistake not many CEO s worry too much about shareholders and their thoughts as that is not what they are paid to do , they do what is in the best interests for the company , yes massive mistakes were and have been made with covid , too late to market to slow with sales , poor communication and so on , BUT we have AIHL which is being fast tracked for approval which will then give us the green light into the rest of the world . Do the past mistakes outway the current positives , at the moment NOT A CHANCE , but in 6 months time i may not give the same answer.

Unless by some miracle we have sold anything over the last few days i cannot see an RNS on monday mentioning sales of any kind , the one real thing i am hoping for is news regarding FDA application or an update from NICE . These will in my view re rate the sp on a more permanent base . Putting it the best way i can , the cheap route for FDA approval is based on NICE approval AND in the earliest timescale . The only or main reason we have had no worldwide sales from AIHL is because they are waiting the same as us on NICE and as they are fast tracking it to hopefully March instead of September then the FDA process will be easier , cheaper and hopefully quicker .
With NICE approval the NHS are as someone posted legally bound to use our tests ,FDA will approve AIHL and sales will follow so the BOD s MAIN priority is communication with NICE and FDA , sales will then follow BIG TIME.

Is there a regulatory body in the EU similar to NICE we are waiting for approval if not what is happening to sales there and in other countries around the world.

As we have seen many times that when the sp moves it does in giant footsteps . Every man and his dog expects NICE news mid to end of q1 so i would nt be surprised to see a lot of activity after x mas in anticipation . Imagine buying in the 12-15p range and then selling 5-6 weeks later for double , as long as we get the news expected .
It is clear NICE like what we have otherwise why would they bring news forward , its bite your tongue time and sit on your hands for a few more weeks unless you are topping up .

Roger , i cant argue against what you think regards price drop and then placing as anything is possible , but it would be a massive gamble to sell now and hope it goes down to 6-7p . I would be surprised and a little annoyed if we go for dilution this year based on where the sp is atm , i would much prefer it to be mid q1 as this would get us nearer NICE news so hopefully the sp would be higher and therefore less dilution , bwtfdik.
