No one is suggesting domination of testing but there is no harm in putting out our tests to the market if the chance arrises, after all we spent enough developing them why not try and get some income from them??.

I dont think you are alone in kicking yourself Stephen in not taking profits when they were there , but i think and possibly hope that the chance will come again . The only chance of selling our covid tests is in Europe i think unless we get a new strain for UK sales so obviously i am hoping that does nt happen so it s over to AIHL and the stroke test . For me Lloyd its not about chasing rainbows but seizing an oppotunity that has presented itself , I totally agree that we should press on with AIHL and get more distributors but we have a big enough sales staff to be able give it a push . I am not expecting millions of sales as we have no idea in what direction it will go , possibly nowhere but a few man days will not detract from our main objective .

Lloyd, you have been giving DB stick for months now about how he is over paid but now a possible chance of him looking at covid sales as well as AIHL you want him to just focus on AIHL . This is when he should definately be stepping up and doing both to justify his wages , he should be pushing our covid tests pointing out that we have the right test with the right accreditations and its ready to go AS WELL AS prompting AIHL , make him work not give him an excuse not to imo.

Is this just a piggy back rise due to possible covid testing , either way its good to see.

It would be great if we did sell our POC tests . but are we in a position to ,ie do we have them manufactured ready to ship out straight away or do they need manufacturing .
We are UK cleared to supply but how many others are there and have they already got their toe in the water, BUT to sell just a few thousand anywhere would be a huge momentum builder .

The PERFECT scenario for me would be a steady buying period from mid January up until NICE news to take us to 14-15p , news to give us a 50-100% lift taking us to about 25p then a fund raise down to 20p ish then sales news with FDA application in the cheap format followed by stroke test launch , but when does the perfect plan EVER happen ?

Not too worried about the rest of this year System , q1 next year is going to be interesting , will we see investors/traders taking a position prior to NICE news in February March time with stroke test launch in March/April and possible news of FDA application ????.
Lets not forget though that funding is going to be required so this could take place at any time but hopefully it will be in between these timelines , but for how much and at what discount is anyones guess.

Base , as the company has no idea what the revenue will be in the next 12 months and the cash burn is £5m a year then it would be a sensible idea to go for that amount so as to avoid going back to the market for more funds , but if they can predict an expectation of £1-2m plus then a fund raise for less would be advisable .
The future for the company has great potential and i am hoping that the tests will prove to be very lucrative but having been here for nearly 3 years i would be totally stupid to not bear in mind past performances of the BOD .

q1 would be my guess after NICE news and FDA as according to the BOD we should expect AIHL signed off and stroke test launched at the start q2 which should then push the sp back up and then hopefully sales , fingers crossed .

Just to add with sales in the US we could then see offers but that could well be 6-12 months away , but that is what i am holding out for , been here and under water far to long to just walk away at break even or small loss.

Inphobe , the company have impied in a roundabout way that they expect financing may be required until 2024 so for me when we do raise we will be looking for about 12 months expenses , £5m or so possibly less as we could well have a couple of million revenue POSSIBLY. It all depends on , A - how quickly we get NICE acceptance and what sort of uptake we get from sales mainly from outside of the UK and , B - what route we have to go down with regards our FDA application , this is why for me NICE could be a game changer as this would allow us to go down the cheap and fast route with the FDA .

Guy , i think the big difference this time is that we have NO competition AND we are not up against "MP buddies" dishing out contracts and yes i am not forgetting incompetence . We have 2 tests coming up which is in the new genomics of medicine diagnosis . I cant see us getting to the products maximum income based on the quality of the management but feel with sales in Europe and hopefully the US then we will get offers as its not just the tests they will want but also the knowledge data in developing them . How much we get offered , by whom and when is anyones guess but i feel DD will be going on somewhere??.

A cash raise is a certainty imo but with news that is due the common sense time would be after or between some of the rns s as that would increase the sp thus reducing the amount of shares issued and then a quick bounce back to pre placing sp , but then when has common sense ever been used in the stock market .

System , with what we have due out in the first 3-4 months next year we could easily smash it . If the timeframes which have been stated in an RNS are anything to go by we can expect the consultation process by NICE to commence in February and be published by end of Mach early April , also in that timeframe the stroke test is to be launched . Now if you couple our NICE report which i am assuming will be positive or else why would they fast track it with our application or submission to the FDA it could go a very long way to the 510k or De Novo approval , it could be a lot cheaper to submit and quicker which is why i can see some investors/traders looking to slowly take a position in the weeks leading up to the news next year .
Yes a lot of us are under water but for anyone looking to get in at these prices could well see a100-200% profit if not even more . Sales are the only thing that will continue any drive or momentum we do build up but this is one product that should surely sell itself with NICE approval and FDA application .
For me our first sale in Europe will be not only monumental but also possibly the trigger ,(this time next year Rodders).

We may get a little something before the agm, just to make Budd think he is doing something for us but then i can see people start to take a position before the NICE news in February . You will get traders looking for a 20-30% return in a month , as we know how quickly this can move .

Longtermholder14. I totally agree , it was in reply to a few of the previous posts . It looks like a good appointment to me , looking at their associate companys they are linked with they seem an ambitious company which is a great start.

We were over ambitious in going for BC last year and they did nt care about a tiny company , NOW we are going with a tin pot Austrian distributor , REALLY ????

Looks like they specialize in neo natal so contacts should be good.
