When do you think the builders are going to learn , there are only so many tradesmen and women about id does nt matter how you shuffle them about there will still be the same amount of houses built . We have sold over 25 on our next phase already and all off plan which to be fair i am shocked and foot fall through other show homes is high so there seems to be no let up in sales which is good news all round.

I think last year we had a pre application for FDA so as to determine which route we could apply with , i think we should know by now so as and when we do apply if its the De Novo route then it is 150 calendar days for results so i cant see us getting an rns until we apply.
