If we are going to go down the dilution route then i see the end of next month being an ideal oppotunity a news timing , we will get the full NICE report on the 30th as we have been informed and we know that the launch of the stroke test is due by the end of March and early April . The company can also hold off applying for FDA application . So my thought is to recieve NICE news , fund raise just after where the sp should be higher than it currently is so as to reduce the amount of new shares issued and then not have such a big discount with news to follow shortly after thus giving us the capital in the bank with minimal dilution keeping shareholders a little happier . If you make it an open offer then shareholders could participate as well so as not to make it a closed shop .

Adam , i am sure you are not alone my friend and in time i expect you could double your money but by your attitude it wont make much difference to you , good luck.

It all depends on how much they are looking to raise , they might try and predict when they will achieve enough sales to fully fund the running of the company on a yearly basis and how much revenue they will get until that time or just go for £5m so the higher the sp the better.

Guy , right now a billion pound take over looks totally impossible i agree , BUT lets say in 2 years time we are up and running with our sales of AIHL and stroke test AND we are averaging £150m a year then the take over target would not be out of the question , do you think ?????

James , once AIHL is selling in many countries we will get taken over not just for our tests and income but also for the hardware and technical information , when that will happen is anyones guess.

Roger you are spot on with cheaper and quicker but from memory it is 150 calendar days from application to results . I do feel though that it would be beneficial if we had NICE accreditation to get De Novo as a definite so the bod may well hold off until the end of next month or apply early on the proviso of accreditation to follow , but they are just my thoughts .

Thats a tough read and to be honest most of it went straight over my head , one of those that needs reading a few times i think.

Ii swill have a better understanding of the true potential of this even if it means waiting a few months or so , others tend to have a percentage at what they will sell at . For me it is all about sales now and where they are and not how big they are .
