We can all guess what any offer will be , I just feel that DD is already being carried out by a number of big pharmas and when the first offer does come in it won't be the last . With NICE approval FDA will also come and with the first sales in the U.S. Then we will see the bidding war begin .

Eureka 01 if the company have heard back from the fda which by now they would have they would know exactly which route they can go down and how much it will cost , my thoughts are they wont apply until after NICE have formally published their report in March .

The big difference now Starrs is that we will be raising to promote sales on market ready product whereas before we we were raising to complete a product that had not been completed with no accreditation , so any type of fund raise will imo be a positive as the speculation is now out of the window.

I think the pre application is mainly to determine as to which of the 2 routes as to apply for , be it the 510k or De Novo . I think they will know by now but it would nt be RNS worthy . Until we actually apply that is when it becomes price sensitive because you can then determine what the timescale will be . For this reason i still think it is being held back until after the NICE full report which we now know is the end of March , then do a cash raise followed FDA application for a quick bounce back in the sp .

It is good in a way they have FDA approval as then we have a comparison for our test which should speed thing up , and we dont need to be the only one on the market as it is huge anyway .

Morning gents , that looks interesting in a positive way if our test is quicker and just as accurate as it looks to be . If this is already available in the US then we have a comparison to work with for application , what i could nt find is comparable costs.

Stroke test to be launched March/ April according to company presentation last year . I dont know what that exactly means whether that is when it is ready for tests i m not sure but any news would be good news.

With all the news due over the coming weeks and months , at what point if any do people think we will hit the elusive number , for me at the minute i can see us getting quite high but sales in Europe is going to be pivital of tipping us over and sustaining it there , peaks and troughs will happen on RNS s but for a constant rise sales will be our friend .

It seems that there are more now thinking that any offer will be in excess of £1 and even hit that target before , then the dilemma starts as when to sell or hold . It is looking like offers are possible but when and how much is open to all views , but I am looking more towards atop slice on 100 percent profit and then sit and wait as the prospect of missing out completely having been in and holding for so long would be very annoying .

Would nt it be great if during the public consultation they receive documentation from clinical nurses doctors and babies parents who have used the test to comment on how well it has worked and saved babies hearing .

All great positive points Roger, just to add that with NICE full approval the FDA would accept it as it is a recognised medical establishment so the De Novo route would be a certainty . As it is a test and not a drug it is less stringent hoops to jump through with less costs and less time . As has been said the big elephant in the room is funding , how much and when we find out is anybodies guess but there are a lot more positives than negatives for a change.

Thats exactly what i am saying , sales everywhere then offers.

We wont get offers until we have steady sales both here and the US what i am saying is when we do have offers these are the numbers we could well be looking at not a measly £50-60m . for eg , if Chelsea offered £35m for Jude Bellingham would every othe premier team just walk away , no they would counter offer and imo that is what would happen here . I cant see it happening for some time , possibly until next year but with NICE approval AND FDA acceptance it will . SALES ARE A MUST FIRST .

If we were offered £60m buy out do you think all the other pharmas would just walk away shaking their head thinking they had missed out . This is a cuttting business so their will be counter offers galore until they get to a stage where offers exceed their DD valuation . We have 2 products which could have a yearly revenue of over £200m and then the IP that got them developed , how much is that really worth , start at £250m and work upwards not down .
