Ha ha , i know what you mean Sprout. The expectations over the next month or so are really good but i am also looking and thinking of what they could be over the next 6-12 months and they look even better .

The more i think about it the ways this can pan out and all for the positive , the only one drawback is funding but if played right that could even have a reduced impact . Its just a matter of how quickly we start to get orders in after NICE news , for me it is still Europe orders will be the catalyst to see a steady re rate on the sp.

I hope in the next month or so ALL lth s that have been through the mill get in the position where they can sell to at least break even and even make a few quid , but the way things seem to be shaping up this has the potential to go a lot further . Just imagine if/when both tests get full NICE approval and sales start to come in from the UK and around the world coupled with FDA admission where would the sp be then . I am not saying it will happen immediately but we have had a tough 3 years looking att a negative red in our accounts so it would be nice to see the reverse of a positive green whenever you log in .GLA .

Bank , the only stress i have with GDR as i see it is do i sell on the 2nd or 3rd takeover offer so i dont get tied down when the paperwork starts and what car and holiday i will go for , chill out time .

The Watcher , it looks like they are a consultancy team that have got the accreditations to act as ago between for supplier to purchaser . Not a great lover of this as its money for nothing paper work schuffling but a neccesary evil for the EU market it seems .

The market will react to whatever happens at the end of the month , no matter how much you talk it down Bank , you may well get your 15p buy in that you are looking for . you are more transparent than Pilkington Glass .

Never does any harm to have people of that calibre taking notice and you can bet there are many more as well not just in the US .

There has been some very good informative posts as regards the potential of GDR today, long may they continue .

De Novo Classification Request , not sure this has pasted correctly but if googled will give all the info .

FDA guidelines for De Novo application looks favourably on any test that already has a recognised Health Authority approval which is why I THINK any application wont be until after we have AIHL conformation , and on that basis for me common sense would say that would be the perfect time for any cash raise / dilution to occur as any drop in the sp would be counter balanced not only with FDA application but closely followed with the stroke test launch , as to how much they are looking to raise and at what discount they may give is anyones guess . Just my musings on how it could go and why .

Even if we go down for that amount any pain will be short lived as you say as any sales will see us bounce back fairly quickly .

Roger , i think funding in whatever way it happens wont be a problem to a point as with the products we have it will be a given , but like you say is what the terms they take it out at . Working out how much capital we will need before we are self funding is a difficult one to predict but i would tend to go with at least 12 months just to err on the side of caution so £5m at least . I am hoping they have something in thought mode already with the hope of the sp reaching 30p on NICE news and use that as a guideline price with a 20 ish % discount with FDA application and stroke launch as a close back up . There are so many ways they could play it lets just hope they dont panic and choose the worst one possible , only time will tell .

Morning Big Al , no problem mate my confusion . The big plus regarding funding for me is that as the NICE report is due at the end of March is that a week later is the start of the financial year , i know that budgets are normally sorted out way earlier but contingencies are always written in with cash put aside so if we can get just a steady trickle of sales this will re rate the sp in a consistant way hopefully .

Big Al , you say the NHS wont order the estimated 550 machines all at once as that would be a massive outlay but if each trust ordered lets say 4 or 5 it seems a more realistic proposition for outlay . Yes there are other outlay costs for tests and other add ons but with 1 implant alone costing £65k , once the number crunching accountants get going the short , medium and long term savings are huge.

If you dont like seeing the sp go down , dont watch it on an hourly basis . For me it is about 30th March then FDA application , cash raise of some kind and then sales news , anything in between is for traders buyers and sellers . If you are under water and swimming like myself look ahead to what is coming over the next few months to break even and then profit , gla and have a great weekend .
