There are a few pieces of news that are out of our hands , but that does nt mean we cant get updates on why things hav nt happened . If we get those instead of stonewall silence that will imo give us an idea on how the CEO is going to operate going forward .FDA news this month and what is going to happen will be big strides in the right direction if it is positive .

Its almost looks like RF wait until near the end of the day then sell what they can to balance the books with sells = buys to keep the sp in the 6.5-8p range , they must be accumulating a tidy amount of shares and replacing the money they have lent , sooner or late they will/ might let it go higher so as they get a better return , maybe after a few bits of news which are expected.

If not sooner.

The fact is we dont really know, first we had NICE wont grant full approval for three years , now we have specialist commissioning but we dont know how long that will take . What it seems is that the commisioning may well be happening and the CEO seems confident it will????.

With not long to go trading wise this month what news will we get, 1,2,3,4 pieces of news is anyones guess .

Unfortunately it has been a hard slog over the last 2 years and it has battered confidence in the company and with the market . The new CEO has made a great start and this month we shall see if he can keep it going but it will take time and news and sales to turn it round but i feel we will get there in time.

NICE news i feel is out of our hands to a point, FDA is in our hands if we are looking at deals so as System says not many trading days left, fingers crossed we get news , not done badly so far on the news front and keeping the shareholders and the market informed.

Its around 39p but i feel it is possible to be in profit by the end of the year , if not sooner.

Roger, once you are in any finance deal the only way out of it is to pay them off no matter how good or bad it is. For that to happen we need sales and at last that is SLOWLY starting to happen . Greed is the main reason i am still here as like you i kept thinking the sp would carry on going higher. Now i know it will carry on going higher from where we are . Will i make the same mistake again? hopefully not but i dont intend to sell out too early either and lose out on a larger profit . This is not a share now where i am looking to break even as i see big profit are possible , i am hoping we will get to a stage in a few years where will be in takeover mode so hopefully leave 30-40000 shares for that possability .

Some great finds and thoughts over the last few days which is turning this board back to what it is there for , may it continue .

Thats a good summary of what we can expect, But the way JC is approaching this he may well have something else up his sleeve. He has definately grabbed the bull by the horns , one thought , has he been give a remit by the BOD to get it up and running quickly and get it sold?????.

Oh i wish we had a CEO who delivered on what he says???, looks like we have one at last. The fact that he is delivering for me means the market may return in our favour and that the conditions NICE set may not hold much relevance . Word gets about amongst doctors and regions and its just a matter of time before it moves further a field.

We know the sp can move when it wants to , could FDA news or stroke test news be the catalyst we need for that to happen.

Guy .i thought he already had, it was NICE that cancelled from last December and then JC explained why . We know that a fund raise is on the cards , it would make a change if there were discussions on what outcomes we could get from FDA news?. Why was NICE news cancelled, we know under the new format they can put conditions on approvals, its a given they can reject the test, so what other things were they not sure that was within their remit, hopefully they were not allowed without consultation to give a full approval and that is what they will deliver. Wishful thinking possibly but a lot more positive than some of the negative drivel that gets posted.

I am just going by the FDA application for the De Novo route.De Novo Classification Request

At first Budd was implying we would just go down the normal application route , it was only later the De Novo route was later mentioned which is cheaper and quicker for the FDA . But like you mentioned in the US it is different whereas you then have to go out and "sell" the product/test as it does nt become regulatory and this is where JC s contacts come in . Can we get a deal that assists in FDA application AND help sell it to the market , or is that just wishful thinking?.

The £2m was quoted but that was before they knew what routes they could go down . The De Novo route is about $100,000 BUT we really needed full approval to be certain . If we look at £2m as a maximum figure and we get assistance then that would be good for starters .Its good now that we have a CEO who can cope with more than 1 thing at a time and the one thing which has been mentioned is we need to get to the self funding stage , realistically within the next 12-18 months. It may seem a long time but it is realistic given the hoops we may have to jump through .

It seems to imply they know what route they will go down and what applications are required and if they can get funding to help with this .POSSIBLY with a backer of some sort or partnership, just guessing but with the contacts JC has it is going to be interesting and hopefully find out this month.

The NHS at present dont have to buy, as there is no FULL approval , that does nt mean to say they cant or dont want to .

If we had full approval then FDA approval would almost be a given , but we dont as yet. NICE have stated it would revue in 3 years , thats not to say they wont if they receive the relevent data which we have no idea the quantity they are looking for.

Any whiff of FDA news and or backer would greatly increase the sp thus making funding that much easier , a vicious circle which JC seems to be working to .

That is the main objective atm, if we can keep on chugging then it buys us time until we can get products to sell , not the best way to run a company but going by the trades there is interest there which is a positive.
