If its good news 4-6p possibly, any higher and i will be shocked. double figures for christmas would be amazing but with AIM it is not always fundamentals , sentiment is massive and if we can get a steady stream of news and sales who knows????

Roger, there will be many who if this gets anywhere near 3p or even less pre NICE news they will be selling, 50-100%profit in a month, they would be mad not too but if the NICE news is positive and we have 12 months minimum cash burn then it wont be too bad but we will have a while to go for break even , hope you managed to get your average down . I was hoping to get to single figures but not enough spare cash.

The last time i was in an OO , long time ago they took all the money for my application and then when the shares were divied up i was re imburesed with what i did nt get so when we find out if it was over or under subscribed then you will find out how many we got . If i remember rightly £6m was the minimum required but looking for up to £7.2m so we may all get what we want. i have a feeling we will get our allocated shares but not quite all our extra shares . If this is the case i see no reason to not get back to the 3p mark.

I really believe that in 12 months we will be sales supported, if the OO and REX is over subscribed the market will react possitively. If this was walked down as some think then it is because of the products we have and the potential it can bring bus as Roger says it will take time . The one thing i keep thinking about is offers for the company . Once we start to get serious sales and a steady income then the vultures will start to circle. With sales estimated at £200m per annum and this type of company normally anything from 5-15x sales then offers should be quite good with the hope of a little bidding war but not yet.

If/ when we get approval in July how big a gate will this open for future sales and income. In theory we should get a steady stream from the UK as it will be a requirement for funding to be available , BUT with the NICE approval it could also open up doors to other countries due to the acceptance of NICE reputation. With the OO over subscribed hopefully we should se a reversal of confidence in the company but the days of 10p increments have gone but slow and steady would be nice for a change.

Hence why there have been some big buys over the last few days in the hope they can gey the OO shares as well. If we had our OO shares now we could sell them for 20% profit, not been in that position for a looooong time. Hoping that all lth s have been able to reduce their average (38 -16) and by x mas at the latest are at break even and hopefully in profit.

Stocksaint, is it not a combined between the 2 for at least £6m so £5m for one and £1m for the other as long as we get the minimum ?????

Gloria has just answered your question regarding averaging down , if you think the products we have are worth more than 1.5p then go for it AND if Gloria is looking to buy in then thats another big tick.

20p will give us an m cap of about £100m so will do that , but in time . With your new shares System should give you a better average. When shares are loaded in theory the sp should stay about the same , ie 1.5p as nothing has changed realistically, but with NICE news hopefully good in July we could see a slow climb , the big difference now is with more shares in play the increases will be slow and steady, good or bad i dont know.

The discount is ideal for an II to come in , but with the the amount of shares issued they would own nearly 80% of the company for £6m which would be a stupid decision imo. This way the company can go forward in the way they are planning , HOPEFULLY but no 1 company or institution are in control and in a position to dictate what and when things are done. The long term aim i think is to get GDR in a position it can be sold or offers are put on the table which wont happen until we are fully solvent and making profit.

Slacker , the maths has already been done , £200m plus per annum when both tests are fully rolled out world wide. What question you should be asking yourself is , why did you invest here and what research did you do ?????

Tony , dont forget to leave some for the rest of us lth to average downlol. it looks like targets may be hit just judging by posters on here , yes it will be heavily diluted but we will still be solvent which then gives Cheek the chance to sell both tests, if NICE come through with approval as we all expect then yes the sp will climb , but slowly.

Hopefully Barcs wont be long then . just wondering if traders are starting to take a position for the cheap shares, buy at 2p new shares at 1.5p sell at 3p for a nice little profit.

If the OO is over subscribed you may not get your full 1-1 offer though , i have had that before

Traders will be looking to take a position so as to take up their allowance this is why it has steadied. If as it seems we get the money required and the OO is over subscribed then i cant see it getting as low as 1.5p , and then you will get heavy sales leading up to NICE news in July . If the news is as we hope /expect then it will continue up for a bit but once the shares hiy yhe market so to speak i cant see the big sp movements we have had in the past as we will have a lot more shares in issue. One thought i am not sure about is when you subscribe for the OO and apply for more through your broker , if itis over subscribed you wont get your full allocation but would/could your broker then apply for additional shares through REX as the can apply but as normal holders we cant , any thoughts???
