I want answering now is can the bod sell the test, what have they been doing over the last few months and who have they been talking to . The FDA announcement was a nice surprise so that says to me that Cheek is a lot more proactive which give me confidence that over the next few months , now we have NICE approval that a good head of steam for sales will start.

I was hoping the sp would hit 7-8p, not so i could sell some but so Slacker could hit his 5p target plus a bit more and sell his shares and move on with a little smile on his face, if that has ever happened ?????. His posts make Stocksaints look rampish, oh well there is always next week.

Im no expert System but i cant find any conditions required by NICE and we are the preffered POC test so yes as far as i can see????

Cant complain about that at all , well done to all the lth s that have been through the mill over the last few years , this is about as good as we could have hoped for , testing can be done at your local gp, pharmacy and even at hope if test is completed within 24 hrs , cant see that being done with the nearest lab.

The average p/e for drugs is around 15-20 so working on 10 for tests, total income worldwide is £200m plus.

As you have said a number of times stocksaint , with full approval it has to be readily available within 3 months toall nhs so i feel the company would have plans for this , taking into account the wont need hundreds of thousands of tests within days . Although it would be nice if they were.

As regards takeover, the chairman has a record of selling companies so he would have a good idea of where we need the tests to be ie full NICE approval maybe also FDA approval/application and definately good sales figures . 50p would be cheap and insultong . £1 would still be cheap but not too bad , £1.50 plus would be neare the mark for me , when ?18 months plus imo.

I suppose as well what position you are in financially as well , ie mortgage free debt free child free so the income required is less so risk free shares make it more achievable.

For me there is a MASSIVE difference between guidance and instruction, all trust come under the NHS umbrella but work independantly, they will get the exaxct same equipment but from different suppliers stupidly . NICE will work on a preference of lab results not an insistance and if the trusts feel or even the consultants feel a POC test will give them what they want quicker a nd cheaper they will . as will any other buisiness.

The NICE guidance is purely that , guidence. The trusts will do what is best for the trust ie cost and effectiveness both for them and the patient. the cost to train a room full of nurses with both tests is an hours wages for all who attend the cost for a new lab is ??????. Genomic medicine and testing is the new way forward which is why new tests are being used and developed for effectiveness and speed in diognosis and we have 2 very good ones so far, who knows what they can use the IP for next .

Good to see a blue day today, i must admit i was expecting to see red purely because some are now sitting on over 150% profit and thought some top slicing would take place to bank profit pre news next week .

with full approval it could well open up the market to a completely different type of investor , the ones that would normally not look at AIM and only FTSE companies. WHY? . because with news we then become a producing company rather than an R and D company with reduced risk and a more certain profit ahead in the medium to long term instead of the big , quick profits that can be had with AIM at times.

I am assuming this is what you meant stocksaint???. Go and ask all the consultants and doctors if they are happy to wait 2 days plus for results or 30 mins before making a choice in what they do , not forgetting they wont need to worry about costs as it has to be paid for.

It does nt need to be all or nothing , top slice and put some back in your pocket and let the rest ride????

System ,if we get full approval , yes easily. I am not saying it will be next month maybe not this year, although possible but yes. There are so many positives and very few if any negatives that for me it becomes an automatic hold and wait without the worry and stress.

System , if we get the full approval this month my top slice will be around 20p ish sometime and then top slice along the way but if it goes how i think/hope then leave some on the table for t/o.
