Good point, certainly has no impact on AAA and their SP continues to Rocket. What are your thoughts on the 'stickiness' of the shareholders? Currently SGS owns 1.1bn shares plus I make it that there are 3.25bn warrants outstanding from the initial 5.1bn (worth an extra £2m to Vela). Combined that equals 29% of the potential enlarged shares in issue that could be subject to an exit as the SP rises. Does the SGS mandate allow them to retain an investment post commercialisation or are they better off monetising and utilising funds for further projects/trials? Don't get me wrong, I have a decent holding here and would be very happy to see these head to 1p pronto. Weekend ramblings...!!!

91, agree with the 0.3p - 0.5p range on positive trial results, helped along by solid SPs from Mode and Kanabo. That would give off a £60m MC at the top end, not bad for starters. 12bn shares in issue and I believe about 5bn warrants in play, best not to get to far ahead of ourselves.
Don't forget that SGS owns 9.11% of Vela now so if they exit post lock in period, then it will flood the market with lots of sells which may adversely impact SP in the short term.
£1m cash plus no debt, topped up with a few £m from the commercialisation post trial plus more £m from the warrants, then that would provide mega firepower for JN leading into H2.

HL currently do not allow trading in MXC. You can call them and be added to a list so you are notified by email if/when available to deal. I don't think this is a priority list, just for notifications. Til then we have to sit and watch price rise! Also can't see listed on Barclays.

Charles321, there was no timeframe provided as to when trading may be possible. On hold for 30 mins before I got thru.

I have just been added to HL list and they will email when/if stock becomes available to trade. I also asked them to create a Kanabo (KNB) list so I am on that as well.
