Saw this link posted on twatter. Oracle listed as item 13 in 2026 with status Project proposal is under evaluation / consideration. Referred to as Oracle Coal Fields PLC which was prior company name changed in June 2017 so shows how long this has been on going. But still in the game

Just watched, great video to get some background on what is happening to BTC prices. Following similar patterns as to earlier in the year. Expectation is price may bounce a little this week til end of Feb then BOOM!!!

Here is some interesting info re Excalibur Healthcare Services (of Professor Sir Chris Evans fame) and the Arcadia trials. This could also be a route to further investment opportunities.

MarkP, interesting thought and you may be on the right path. Phase III trials will be on a much larger scale and require funding accordingly. Maybe Vela is positioning itself to be a major player here.

£2.75m cash ready to deploy. Recent investments in range of £150k - £350k. Potential for ~10 more investments of similar size. That would take quite some time to implement so why raise the cash at this point? Is JN lining up ONE mega deal. Maybe a tie up with RDGC as part of RTO? Then there is the potential for many more £££ms if/when Arcadia trial is successfully commercialised in coming months. To be inside the mind of JN!

Good spot, I think some have missed this one buried away. New Investment in unquoted hydrogen fuel cell business. Up to 9 Investments in total now.

I must say raise is only at a premium due to the recent SP drop so I don't take too much away from that point. A little concerned with total shares in Issue and warrants, combined I guess that makes it around 17.5bn now.

There was some chatter last week about DigiHost. It is continuing its hot streak this afternoon, up another 50% in the opening hour. I have now taken a position at £2.66 average, heres hoping......

Awaiting the next safety review after 80 patients have completed their trials. This will help us better understand anticipated timeline of full completion of trial. Even if they have 150 patients on boarded by end of Feb (and that is optimistic imo), trials will complete end of Mar, results in Apr and commercialisation details Apr/May. At best.

Interesting thoughts Jimmy, As I understand it, Vela invested in the Arcadia trial only, not directly in SGS itself. Also bear in mind that SGS is a biomedical research charity so not sure how they would transition to plc. And if you have any close contacts at SGS perhaps you can remind them to lodge their 2019 accounts, they are now overdue :-)

Amanensia, Agree with you that for existing ARB holders, there may be an arbitrage play to be had but perhaps marginal so not necessarily the way forward to swap one for another. For me, it is about moving funds from a non BTC share into Digi to get that BTC exposure that appears to have good potential upside. I have enough in KR1 for now so just another dimension in the wonderful world of crypto.
