Rumour on RDGC board that they are about to be suspended for RTO. Now Vela roars into life. Is there a connection here or is this just another rumour (started by me)?

I wonder if this is the next investment news, rather than trial results. Either would be welcome and both on the same day even better :-)

Will the 2020 accounts be released tomorrow or Tues (Mon is Bank Holiday) ? It was mentioned previously that the 2017 and 2018 accounts were each released on 31 May. The 2019 accounts were released on 31 July, presumable delayed due to covid.

On another note, I wonder if there will be an update on the new website that has been mooted for the past few months. The current www.kryptonite1.co seems a little outdated given the name change. KR1.com is available - for a cool $2m

Yes, 1p is quite possible over a period of time. There will be lots of action impacting SP tho. The excitement of positive Initial results may be muted by:
-Warrant holders who will exercise then dump their shares (up to 3.8 bn)
-SGS hold 1.1bn and may also head for exit
-LTHs top slice
Offset by lots of positives
-New investors joining the Vela party
JN to unleash next investment news with £2m cash
-Warrants valued at up to £3.8m adding to current cash pile and more investment opportunities
-Final trial results
-Commercialisation details (maybe upfront cash and/or recurring revenues)

nightye1, agree they should list no. of shares owned rather than %. Once shares in issue of an investee co. changes due to a placing/exercise of warrants etc, then the holding % quickly becomes out of date.

Vela has disclosed 9 investments & have advised a further small investment (no. 10) was made but not RNS'd. I wonder who the recipient was and if any connection to potential incoming larger scale investment?

I see that KNB has a relationship with CiiTECH who will now list via RTO with FPP. KNB invest with Hellenic Dynamic who need a vehicle to list. RDGC is an available cash shell and our own JN just happens to be a NED plus Vela have £2m available if they need a few extra readies.

We know the study completed 13 days ago per SGS own tweet but radio silence after they previously stated "...once the final study visit has taken place, the timelines for database lock and the reporting of the initial study results will be communicated."
Bank holiday coming up and this time next week it is June and we enter the target zone for results. They could drop anytime over the next month. Plus I have a good feeling about the next investment announcement and expect news on that front to be fast approaching. Not one but two potential mega announcements to make Vela the hottest stock on AIM bar none.

Yes, that is an interesting development. RNS also states KNB are investing in pre ipo funding with Hellenic Dynamics, which plans to list through a reverse take-over of an AIM-listed cash shell. Maybe RDGC with a little help from Vela?
