The PLC was set up in May 21 but the Ltd co. operating since 2015.

Reported that the company has helped more than 800 people switch to a career in technology. Gonna need a lot more bums on seats to generate profit and a nice ROI. Can't see much/any price action on this news in the short term.

I'm hoping for a successful deal and re-list around Oct.

Maybe last weeks warrants - for an easy 15% gain? Another 117m come online this Fri so expect more sales even at the low 7s.

I think it is fair to say everyone was expecting Interim results end of June however I am now firmly in the camp that Final Results only will be made available to the Public, delivered late Aug/early Sept. One could perhaps interpret the recent updates as a sign that Initial Results are now known and have been shared with the relevant stakeholders and this is why the commercialisation discussions have commenced.

Following are extracts from 3 recent updates, there is no mention of Interim Results and they each state different timelines, so take your pick.

Angelfish/1graine RNS dated 11/06
It is expected that the results of the Phase 2 trials … will be made public by mid-August 2021.

Vela RNS dated 09/07
The final formal report with the results of the trial is expected in late August 2021.

Excalibur Healthcare Services news item dated 09/07
The trial … has now been completed. That means the data can be analysed securely and the final report is expected early September.

The 9bn shares represent 95% so need to include the existing RDGC shares as well, which are around 430m i believe. The RNS also mentions a fundraise and a placing so Shares in Issue on relist, which is currently unknown is more relevant imo.

By the way, IME re-listed today after failed RTO - ouch!

Just looking at these options, there are 2 awards:
22 Jan - 5,300,614 Options @1.65p
24 Feb - 15,000,000 Options @ 1.8p
The Options are exercisable from the date falling 12 months from the date of grant.

SP price on re-list may not be as important as it is from Q1 22 in this respect (to them, it is ofc to us!).

SP predictions of 5p or £2p need to be considered in context of (potential) consolidation as outlined in previous couple of posts. I think star786 sums it up best - "you may be looking at a 2x to 7x multiplier to your original investment." This is the relevant metric for me, regardless of SP.

-list on the London stock market in autumn with a valuation of up to £500 million
-raise up to €250 million initially through the issue of convertible bonds and then via new shares
-expected to be making a €25 million profit last year before being grounded by the pandemic
-took loans of €62 million from the Romanian government

@TheGroke, SGS can sell their shares on successful completion of Phase II of the trial (i.e. immediately) or two months following completion of the ARCADIA trial, should the outcome of the trials not meet the minimum threshold. Regardless of what SGS choose to do with their shares, this will not impact the commercialisation agreement i.e Vela will still get its cut of proceeds, whether SGS holds or sells its shares.

@ Bluepanther, I would go along with the view that there may be a consolidation, perhaps after the trial/deal.

The warrants situation has just become a little more interesting. Both Vela and Angelfish/1graine stated that the results of the trial were expected in late August whilst Excalibur states early September – which is it and why the difference? The 0.06p warrants can be exercised thru to 01 Sept and we know it takes approx. 1 week for the shares to be admitted. What if we get to the last week of Aug and no trial results yet? Do they still exercise the warrants and take the punt or do they need confirmed results in advance, even if it means warrants lapse with no action? Or just exercise warrants now for a (almost) guaranteed quick 30% profit? Exciting times.

That predication is from around 12 mths ago but you just never know...

Speculating of course but the dbase was locked a week ago on 02 July. It is a mid morning RNS, have the statisticians given a wink and nod to SGS/EML to make a few phone calls, if you know what I mean i.e initial results are in and look promising :-)

@HectorMcGonigale, that is the issue for me as there are another 3.9bn warrants outstanding. I expect that they will be short term holders looking for a swift exit on news. Hoping that the results are so mind blowing that incoming buys will send the SP stratospheric outpacing even branson and bezos! and the warrant/share holders selling down will be but a blip on the upwards journey.

The 0.06p warrants expire 01 Sep so if they exercise now, they are still in the money. How long before the more expensive warrants at 0.125p and 0.15p get taken out?
