Oscillate plc (KING) is now a 2% shareholder in EML. Their statement this morning refers to Preliminary results this week followed by further analysis and a final definitive report.

Today is last day for the remaining 600k warrants to be exercised. Curious to know whether all these warrants are being churned or whether some are being held back for Monday news.

It was announced almost 2 months ago SGS/EML had begun the process of progressing commercialisation plans. I don’t know how long these types of negotiations normally take but Sir Chris has been down this path before so I think there is a good chance that at least a framework is now in place, perhaps pending final trial results. If the first call was to AZ, then that would expedite the process if that was the end game.

Yep, need positive results combined with a good commercial deal to shift this SP to multibagger status.

There are now 15.4bn shares in issue. Potential SP of 0.5p (7x from lows of 2 weeks ago and 5x from today) would increase MC to £77m. What ROI from original investment of £2.35m is required to support this MC level or not relevant in immediate short term because this is AIM?

You would think so, that would be the easiest & most obvious route. In the original RNS, it was stated "there are two potential commercialisation routes, being a reacquisition of the Asset or a sub-licensing of the rights to a third party."
Then in the Igraine RNS 11 June, it was stated "It is the intention of EML to seek a sale of the drug, a license or partnership deal as soon as possible after the data is published."

Lots of potential options, Sir Chris has been down this route before, I don't think it would be a lengthy process to agree the framework for some sort of deal, would be great if announced next Mon.

I would hope so. They reported they were in advanced stages on 23 July, would be good to get news pre results.

Excalibur stated that the clinical team would report on 6 Sept. They may do this thru a press conference, media release, science journal etc and could take place at any time of the day. In the past, Vela has only updated the market the day following Trial updates by Excalibur/SGS. Will it be different this time around and what time the RNS, 7am or later?

I don’t think the timing of the warrants come into play here, the results are being released when available, as they should be. SGS are a registered charity, not an investment vehicle and don’t think they would manage the timeline to impact the SP to their benefit like some others would.

Although the shares were issued at 0.1p, they didn’t actually pay for them with cash. I figure it was the entrance fee or incentive to allow Vela to invest. No matter what price SGS achieves, you could argue it is free money for them.

Don't forget the Share dilution last week is offset by the cash raised and the SP has been steadily rising over the last week. Let's see what happens in the coming days.

I bought additional shares once the Results date was released. I figured worst case scenario was SP stays flat for 2 weeks but most likely increases into the Results. I will sell some/all of this trading pot this week to effectively reduce holding cost of existing shares. So what SP on 06/09 if adverse results, back to 0.07p or lower?

Not sure about the contract bit but trigger point/conditions for first tranche of options for JN (90m) and Brent Fitzpatrick (45m) were met on Thursday. They have up to 9 years in which to exercise.

This is an ED appointment, the NED has been pushed back.

I estimate another 600k of warrants still to be exercised. Good to see that this weeks warrants churn hasn't impeded SP move, great finish last hour. I had a price range of 0.10p - 0.13p for next Fri. Could well achieve that and maybe even get a Fri FOMO pump to 0.15p+.
