Just take a look at the website and ask anyone who has tried to claim, its designed to make it very easy to purchase tickets, upgrades, insurance, extra baggage and everything else... the compensation process is like climbing Everest with a fridge freezer tied to your back.. they blame things out of their control (weather, airport, 3rd party handling agents, refuelling vehicles and whomever else they can to wriggle out of paying)
