What an RNs that was, fantastic news i knew it would fly like this, nearly 2% up!

Now they can follow up with the "we need to raise" RNS.

Hopefully another CLN deal becuase the last one was so good.

Which to date have all been correct and the SP is exactly where i stated it would be.

Facts V Fantasy...

1. HE1 have not once put Shareholders first.

2. SP taken down from 29p to todays 0.36p

3. 800million shares in issue now 9billion, all those newly added shares within a 4 year period.

4. Very little news flow from Tanz - which is why everyone invested here. Even when there is news its just fluff to keep share holders happy.

5. Galatica will give HE1 a mazimum £3million a year, expect this to be a lot less.

6. HE1 yearly running costs are circa £3million a year for salaries , rent and other running costs.

7. Galactica Revenue stream is priced in here already, it will not move the SP up from here in any significant way.

8. If there is no news re Galctica or any further delays in production this month expect a fall back to below 0.3p before the new year.

9. There is no final estimate yet to what Tanz is actually worth, with lots more drilling still to happen before any true value can be added here.

10. They still need $90million + in funds to get Tanz up and running which i believe will come via more dilution along the way, its the only way they have raised cash throughout there entire history with no thought of PI's that supported them at much higher levels.

I have been saying this for the past 2 years now. To date i have been right. All the name calling and mud slinging here doesnt change a thing.

HE1 have a long way to go to rebuild investor confidence, especially after the CLN disaster!

2 days in a row HE1 has seen a 4% drop.

How many more will follow?

Also should see a "we need more funds for Tanz" RNS and a raise before Xmas.

As you can see below, Salaries, rents and other overheads equate to exactly what HE1 will get from Galactica per year, circa $3million!

To date all salaries rents and over heads have come from raises taking HE1 to now having over 9 billion shares in issue.

They have taken the SP down from 29p back in 2021 when it had 600million shares in issue! Down to 0.37p with 9billion, all this within 4 years.

The Good news is they will soon have a revenue stream to pay the standard costs.

Im sitting on the sidelines of reinvesting whilst i wait to see how they are going to finance Tanz, what its really worth!

Galactica will not shift the SP north of 0.5, but hopefully one day in the future Tanz will.

Been doing a bit of sniffing to see if worth buying in but......... 338,171,359 shares at 0.0243 to enter market tomorrow? Given experience of past surely SP going to drop to around there? I will wait and see, if does may buy in. If good RNS comes before all well and good and I missed it. Perhaps they going to issue it tomorrow to soften the blow?
