Most business that have a good prospect of paying a dividend are targets, simply taking the company off the market into private hands means what would have gone to shareholders goes instead to the private equity consortium. People may want to travel, but you are supposing in the new green eco world that they will be allowed to travel, or if surcharged will be able to afford to travel.
