Not for an ordinary broker [analyst] note. The RI comment will be responded to at some point. The lack of an RNS denying the rumour frankley means there is an RI. It is a matter of when and not if. It would be against the rules to say there is going to be one without details, as the SP would be unduly influenced by speculation over the size. There is provision in the disclosure rules to say nothing to avoid affecting the SP. However, in saying nothing, they are disclosing that there is no denial of the analyst speculation. It is a fine dividing line, but it is 99.9999% credible to expect an RI at some point now due to IAG's silence on the issue.

EXANE BNP CUTS IAG TO 'NEUTRAL' (OUTPERFORM)

The three week review is due, but it has been reported that the review may not be announced until the 1st October at the latest. Even if the announcement is early, the changes may not come into effect until latter. It is reported that the idea is to have changes in place before the half-term school holiday - and prices on skyscanner are jumping up on that rumour. benji, one small issue with the much hyped rocket fuel aeroplane idea. It will never get an airworthy certificate because hydrogen gas is way to dangerous. Notwithstanding the extremely difficult issue of carrying liquid hydrogen around in an aeroplane. Liquid hydrogen is next to absolute freezing, that is a very tall order for storage, transmission and then carrying around safely from takeoff, through turbulence, sudden altitude changes in wind shear, leak proofing all cavities all the time [it is a very explosive gas with oxygen], safely dumping it for emergencies and controlling it through distribution systems and generators ect. Look at the immense complications in the one area it is used, rockets. Even then, there are still incidents. It is a difficult fuel to manage. It would make far more sense to carry liquid oxygen to increase the amount of oxidant in the engines instead of relying on the thin air at altitude. Unfortunately blinkered vision is getting in the way as H2 is oversold.

Incidentally, Johnnybrie, did your colleague correct his false statement to the press that h2 was proven to be safe because the demonstrator fuel tank didn't blow up, despite the fact the tank was purged of H2? Marcus, all of it! The climate is bubbling slewing sloping cauldron of energy with oceans that dwarf land mass. It has and always will be a very slow motion turbulent place, with or without man. You only have to look how the landscape has been weathered over millions of years to see that basic fact. Why has this climate hysteria come about? Money and ideology. I will listen with interest to the Today programme during COP26 to see how long before JW finally does what they all should be doing and start cross-examining the hysterics [assuming he is allowed to broadcast during the reporting window!!!!!].

The BBC is ramping up the hysteria, they had Ed Miliband on Newsnight absolutely apocalyptic in a near hysterical panic about the imaginary threats. The rhetoric is getting completely out of hand and not one single individual aspect of anything is questioned. Indeed the BBC is actively creating a lot of it now as they did tonight.

You cut out the RI reference, you can't hide away from it. It was a deliberate attempt to deceive. You have been caught red handed. There is no way round it farend, you very deliberately tried to change the context and mislead. NOBODY has referenced the broker note on sp prediction. YOU specifically made play thet THAT is what was being referred to. You knowingly swept the actual substance that has caused all the debate away. The reference by an analyst is to a possible RI. THAT is what was referenced, you very clearly and plainly sought to mislead in a devious way and failed. You then try to follow it up like everybody is some sort of moron that has actually forgotten the substance and the specific basis of the whole debate. IAG could stay silent if that is consistent with there comments re analysts. The sp analysts give does not have to be commented on, but new rules soon might actually require a comment. The point is this wasn't Motley Fool or some such, it was a defined analyst note, a comment on an action that could have a substantial effect on the share price. Like I say it is a fine line but I see it as so substantial, we're not talking about a change in aircraft purchases or speculation of sale or purchase of a few slots at Gatwick, it is much more.

Wahooooo...... corporate action come through for Easy J. Easy Jet, Easy money. The rights dropped 20% to 173p, I would expect them to fall more. Although why anybody would sell out is beyond me, option to sell some to fund purchase of the rest. So at 410p each you would sell 2 1/3 of your allocation for each new share. So for 1000 allocation, auto sell 703 to get 297 shares, @4.10 each that is £1217 free money.

You knowingly sought to mislead people by referring to the brokers sp prediction which the company does not have to respond to [under current rules], when my point was nothing to do with the sp, it was to do with the comment from an analyst "to reflect the increasing risk of a rights issue". And that has been the subject of the entire discussion since.

So again you attempt to cut, edit, defraud, cheat, lie and demonstrate what a deceitful lying nobody you really are by deliberately editing out the critical comment again. Analyst announcements and how to deal with them are referenced a number of times in the rules on disclosure and are up for review.

Stop trying to be clever, you have made a complete fool of yourself.
