NorthS, why is it relevant for anybody to hold, not hold or looking to hold a stock to be free to comment on it and conditions that affect it?

Go and set up a chat on ADVFN. Make yourself a moderator so that you can ask contributors to your share chat to submit screenshots of their share holding to prove they are holders. You can then block people who are not holders.

You will then have what you seek. A discussion board limited to only people who own the share.

Copy and paste the web link on here, every now and then, and all those that share your idea that a discussion forum should be severely limited to a few individuals that comply with your conditions.

The entire readership here, 90% of which never post, will then observe which posters follow you and stop posting here, and go over to your board.

There are some very terrified people out there. The dread of the next RNS and that Big Blue might just be right is hurting a lot of people. Well you placed your faith in the ramping basket. That's very clever Benji boy, but how on earth does that equate to anybody's positions with respect to AIG? Are you saying a ramper takes away risk simply by virtue of ramping? If that were the case, why has the sp backpedaled so much during the latest uber ramping session?

If past ramping sentiment and then real world results is anything to go by, you are looking at a 2.5 - 3% drop tomorrow. YOU lot might be spinning what amounts to no new news, but the lack of actual real new information, other than some change to the red list countries, indicates more caution, more bear than bull. And then there is the red flag still fluttering in the breeze.

That is a bizarre statement. I don't think anybody has said this is the case. The brokers said IAG needs an RI and the CEO said they were discussing refinancing with hop of avoiding an RI. BUT WHAT DATE I THE END OF PCR?

Again, we have this big news which misses the exact big news required. We know the PCR is on its way out. BUT WHEN.

And anyway, I found a PCR for my day 2 return for £28, the same as the while U wait lateral flow fit to fly for Iceland. At this rate, not a lot is going to change. Most countries require a fit to fly to them, the return lateral flow is still way too expensive and the the whole passenger location farce is just a mess. And then of course there is the gamble you are on a flight with a covid person and you end up being forced under house arrest for however long having to pay for yet more tests.

This is being spun like the summer, on the surface it appears that there are restrictions, but scratch a little and there are still heaps of cost and inconvenience. Yes, there will be a surge of travel, but after a couple of months when people have made the face to face they needed to do, will people still bother with all the extra cost and bureaucracy. I have my doubts!
