They are generating significant revenue from a producing mine that is already has far greater resources than you mention and is forecast to run for atleast 14 years and more likely 18

And a close peer, without even a licence, has a market cap 40% higher than ours.

By your own calculation it didn't go up massively when the agreement was announced.

There were 16.9bn shares in issue before the funding announcement, so other than Hainan there has been very little dilution since.

The simple fact is the MC is nowhere near as advanced as it should be given the risk reduction.

The market always knew a partner or up to a hundred million or so of debt funding would be required.

So you are trying to state that a business with no asset other a piece of land, facing massive risks and uncertainty, with the possibility of never producing anything, is worth as much as a fully functioning mine.

Oh and revenue will absolutely cut it for the first couple of years, that is how growth companies are valued.
