You also seem to keep forgetting that the market cap peaked after Hainan's shares were admitted to trading and therefore Kodal's share of ownership had already dropped.

You also forget that the market cap in 2023 reflected a whole load of risks that have now gone away.

You also forget that Kodal has £16m in cash.

Kodal actually own a share of cashflow from a mine with an anticipated 18 year minimum life generating hundreds of millions in revenue per year.

Whether the revenue stays in KMUK or transfers to PLC makes no odds, it will still show in the PLC accounts because that is how associated undertakings work

Unfortunately for Bloggs it peaked for a couple of days after the funding transaction was finalised and there has been no subsequent real dilution

Capex was less than 65m dollars

First shipment revenue was 27m dollars

We have already received 24m dollars as part payment for the second shipment. Total payment therefore will be atleast as much as the first shipment

So the total cash received will be c55m dollars for the first two shipments. Spod price is still way over 2k so there is no way the third shipment is going to be less than 10m dollars.
