No spin at all Zag. Early trading sell price on HL was .202. It has increased gradually through the morning to over .21.

So still way lower than the price on virtually all the trades

Easysend was dead way before the official announcement, any actual investor will know that I was posting that for many months before.

The reason was simple. The main reason for buying Easysend wasnt the customer base, it was the mobile app and associated infrastructure. Go check the original RNS's and you will see this cited.

Once the Semnet deal happened GST could do all this development in house and Easysend wasn't required. It was never going to pass a business case just on a customer basis so it was canned, which was the right decision

As I posted earlier, the Semnet website states that Melvyn is CEO. His own linkedin page states he is Semnet CEO. His linkedin page shows he is recruiting for Semnet.

The IMGT website website states Melvin is co-founder and director. It lists no executive responsibility, unlike the profile of other people on that website.

The website you quoted earlier even recommends that, rather than taking them at face value, they should go direct to source material.
