Let's assume AISC is 1000 dollars per tonne. We will still make profit of 800 dollars per tonne. 120k tonnes per year of sales gives 62.4m dollars of profit per year to KMUk. And that is ignoring the fact that KMUK gets all loans back before profit share come into play.

Construction of phase two won't start until mid 27 in all likelihood. So KMUK will have the vast majority of the cash required by then and more likely all of it.

As long as spod price holds up, the downside risk is very limited and none of the upside is priced in at all

The RNS you reference from 5th February states that they are starting to hit production figures, not that they are 100% there.

March exceeded name plate. April is apparently on track. The minimum agreed production per the offtake is 8k per month, we are exceeding that already and the product price is way higher than anybody expected.
