I would be highly surprised if WH Ireland we not involved or akin to the ‘pinnacle’ debacle - they are connected with so many discomforting situations on AIM
Looks rather fraudulent to be honest. Very, very fishy dealing with the mystery pinnacle company and timing to boot. Quick trade with connected persons, wipe feet, move on and into a more boyant future market dropping shareholder behind having one last swipe at the faceless PI. Some have lost significant sums - disgraceful behaviour.
If it is a buyer shareholders will be a washout
How many of those nasty warrants will be forward sold?
So interestingly as I re-read the rns it appears the deeps are back on. The share price appears to be shallows only to me at the moment but a new rig to move onto a7 sounds like a split from the focused strategy.
Cash in the bank is a bad thing for companies like this. The directors relax and consider different ways to move it to their accounts. Then they do the same again and again as is evidenced by the lack of return to shareholders ever.
There is definately a track record from casp of releasing positive information but then going completely dark on the information and quite often completely changing tact from the approach stated in the comz. It’s a strange tact that I think traps in new investors as the price drops off on silence. They do it time and time again and I can’t quite figure out why. My fear when it is quiet is that they are doing something totally off the wall ie not producing at a decent level etc
