Imo I dont think anything is going on just panicky pi's blowing things out of proportion, i would assume the nasdaq ii's will be a lot more sensible....lets see how next week progresses...
The ii's must think its remarkable enough to sink their money in, i dont think they were in cloud cuckoo land when they did it lol, lets see what happens when we list on nasdaq re large pharms and sucessful conclusion of phase 2 :)
Thelix, your view including mine is speculative as none of us have a crystal ball into the future and we dont know what will ocurr in the coming months or what is going on behind the scenes....i remain optimistic and I wont be selling my shares when i can see the huge $$$$ in the copd market and the remarkable compound that 554 is which in itself attracted A list backers.....
Is hovering around the II oversubscribed fund raise interestingly enough....i remain extremely optimistic and pay no heed to undue negativity when nothing has changed regarding 554...looking forward now to how VRP progresses :)
Nothing has changed as far as i can see,the consolidation is not dilution... the sp going down on little volume and in the same way it will go up on little volume as we tread water leading up to nasdaq....
As we move into nasdaq and further positive test results i would imagine this sp will be transformed....its the long play guys....the market for a new copd compound is huge never mind factoring in the cf aspect...:)
From RNS:The proposed offering is expected to commence in the first half of 2017, after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission completes its review process of the registration statement relating to the proposed offering and subject to market and other conditions.
Thelix, yes the mcap is the most important factor....I for one am still of the view that 554 will be extremely lucrative for the pi if we go through the phases successfully...I am playing the long game...also I am very reassured by the presence of our A list backers..... Nasdaq is a positive move forward and will introduce us to a whole new world....:)
