Some drills do that but not this one.
They will use casing close to the surface, including the conductor pipe and then just drill without casing. Once they have done the wire logging then they will put casing in, all the way down. They will only put the casing in if the wire logging results are encouraging.
At a later date they will come back and perforate the casing so they can do a production well test.
