Everyone knows this but the Tory government.

I am very critical about DB's incompetence, but @Teabiscuit, that's quite disingenuous of you suggesting potential fund raise. We all know cash in GD's bank account, and many people criticized the 'cash still in the bank' not spent as promised.
My view to SNG breakthrough as a biomedical scientist is it's positive, but not a game changer as some claim. Although assuming everything claimed for SNG is true, IFN is basically a very expensive drug, and cannot be adopted as a general treatment. I don't see significantly game changing efficacy than dexamethasone, which is a very cheap drug. The best shot of SNG is buyout by a big pharma. Maybe they want it. Testing is always needed. Only if GDR is in competent hands, hpoefully.
We need to admit something that has to be admitted. DB now says we need approvals for each country, but why didn't he know that when they were working toward CE Mark He says Africa does not need WHO approval, but does it means they will accept it without their own assessment? Look at the timing of recruiting regional approval assistant. Maybe they believed CE Mark would open every door, but now realised it wouldn't. It looks to me they are just running like headless chickens with no clue. What if they would not report when the approvals fall through? I am not sure they are obliged to report the failure of approvals immediately.
