The safety profile of anti PD-1's has probably been studied more than any other new drug on the market and the range and severity of adverse events is well documented. Far more toxic drugs than SCIB1 have been tested in combination with checkpoint inhibitors, indeed, one of the main advantages of Scib1 is the lack of toxicity. If the trial does produce high levels of severe adverse events, it should be obvious whether these are in line with Keytruda's safety profile or whether there's something else going on. So I don't think you need to be overly concerned about the risk of Scib1 being blamed for Keytruda's side effects.
