Re. not sure of the value per CVR. Someone on advfn went to the trouble to work it all out but can't remember who - sorry. As a guide though, these are the criteria for payment:-
· $35,000,000 subject to FDA approval before 1 July 2022
· $15,000,000 subject to EMA approval before 1 July 2022
· $35,000,000 on 12-Month net revenue in excess of $75,000,000 from sales of AP101 prior to 30 June 2024.
Of course, if the first condition is met (FDA approval), it will be a massive day for the Company. Not just in the usual sense that achieving FDA approval is huge in its own right, but it also means that Amyrt are handed a Priority Review Voucher which they can then sell on the open market to the highest bidder. It could potentially fetch between $50 and $150m depending on demand.
