I don't think we'll see 13 people attending the AGM in person - most likely will be just the minimum necessary to form a quorum which I think is 2.

Some interesting points in your 22.01 but for clarity, SCIB2 hasn't been brought back in house . The recent circular hints strongly that it may happen but at the moment all we know is that CRUK are carrying out a review of their ability to fund projects. They may decide to continue or they may voluntarily hand SCIB2 back. If they do nothing and SCIB2 just remains on the shelf, there usually would be a clause in the licensing agreement that could be invoked to allow Scancell to reclaim it, although given that CRUK isn't your standard commercial partner, I'm sure it wouldn't come to that. As things stand though, the licensing agreement with CRUK for SCIB2 remains in place.

Worth a quick read of the abstract below - the full research paper is behind a paywall but the message seems to be that CTC liquid biopsies are on the cusp of moving into mainstream clinical use. A couple of quotes:-

'Microfluidic technology, featuring microfabricated structures, can precisely control fluids and cells at the micrometer scale, thus making itself a particularly suitable method for rare CTC manipulation'

'Through this review, we conclude that the clinical utility of CTCs will be expanded as the isolation and analysis techniques are constantly improving.'

Re. not sure of the value per CVR. Someone on advfn went to the trouble to work it all out but can't remember who - sorry. As a guide though, these are the criteria for payment:-

· $35,000,000 subject to FDA approval before 1 July 2022

· $15,000,000 subject to EMA approval before 1 July 2022

· $35,000,000 on 12-Month net revenue in excess of $75,000,000 from sales of AP101 prior to 30 June 2024.

Of course, if the first condition is met (FDA approval), it will be a massive day for the Company. Not just in the usual sense that achieving FDA approval is huge in its own right, but it also means that Amyrt are handed a Priority Review Voucher which they can then sell on the open market to the highest bidder. It could potentially fetch between $50 and $150m depending on demand.

Good to hear that Amryt are holding a webinar to present the full Ease phase III results to investors. it would have been so easy for them simply to RNS a link to the abstract being presented at the EADV Congress and leave it at that, but it will be much better to hear Mark Sumeray actually explain the results. Also looking forward to hearing about their plans and timelines going forward in terms of applying for approval from the FDA/EMA .

Some pretty impressive names joining the webinar and it'll be interesting to get their views of the results, not only from a scientific/medical point of view, but just as importantly from a patient's perspective. Good stuff.

'Omega Diagnostics
Through its partnership with Mologic, the company is developing ELISA and lateral flow antigen tests that will use saliva as the sample type. These tests will offer a quicker time to result and an easier sample-collection method than current testing methods (particularly swab tests). The expectation is that the ELISA antigen test will be available by the end of September and the lateral flow test by the end of October or November.

Omega recently informed us that it is currently working towards manufacturing capacity for rapid tests of 0.5 million per week. The company believes it could double this quite quickly with government support – particularly in terms of financial and logistical support.'
