So you won an award to develop a camera fitted to a helicopter/drone - is that right? When was this? Did you manage it and if so was it commercially successful?

From memory, David Evans' point related to the expectations of potential investors in the Company. The large/specialist fund managers wanted and expected to see a CSO devoting 100% of her time to the Company they were being asked to invest in.

Of course, we'll never know what difference it made and as you say, LD's role at UoN does bring many advantages too.

Whether you agree with it or not, it's important that any listed company handles investor relations well. You quote an extreme, Dr. Kim from Inovio. IMO that's not good IR - it's hype. Traders will love it but serious investors can tell the difference a mile off.

If you want to attract and more importantly retain long term investors then you have to communicate well with them and keep them engaged. That applies to retail and institutional investors alike. If a large or reasonably large portion of your shares are held by institutions then you can afford to devote less time and effort to your retail investors. However, if not..........................

Over the years, I have posted several times that Scancell need to improve on investor relations and have previously suggested that they hire a specialist to look after their IR on a part time basis. I'll happily go over Michael's post again and pick out the bits I most agree with but what's the point?

Interesting comments from Duncan Peyton at about 2.30 on the video. The collaboration with Merck in respect of this trial is far more than simply the supply of the PD-1, they clearly helped with trial design and are assisting with data analysis and planning of future strategy.

Wexford - the NASDAQ listing isn't being accompanied by a fundraise, as JR934 has said, it just means that AMYT stock can be traded on NASDAQ.
