Compoundinterest,
No, I haven't been able to find any other AIM listed companies, although of course it's possible that they are holding below the notifiable threshold on one or two. I have come across some privately held UK companies amongst Redmile's portfolio (past and present) and if you have the time, it's worth a quick look to appreciate the quality of the companies they invest in.
ACHILLES THERAPEUTICS
This is a top pedigree spin out from UCL and the Francis Crick Institute to commercialise the work of Prof. Charles Swanton and others. Wellcome Trust and Cancer Research heavily involved through their investment vehicle Sycona. Redmile invested in September 2019.

NIGHTSTAR THERAPEUTICS
University of Oxford spin out to commercialise gene therapy work of Robert MacLaren, Prof. of ophthalmology. Although it was nasdaq listed, I believe Redmile invested when it was still privately held. The company was sold to Biogen for $800m.
OXFORD NANOPORE
Another Oxford University spin out selling DNA/RNA sequencing products and founded by Prof. Hanan Bayley.

These are just some that I happen to have read about and I'm sure there are others but you get the gist.
Just also wanted to make a quick point about Redx. The path that led Redmile to taking over Redx was complex and unique and although they hold 92% of the stock, it remains an AIM listed company. I don't think Redmile's interest was driven by any desire to start taking over and running biotech. companies but was more about giving the Redx the funding it needed to optimise the potential value of its pipeline. They had already been forced to sell off a potential blockbuster at bargain basement prices and hopefully now have some financial stability. Worth noting that Redmile often work with partners and in Redx's case it was Sofinnova so might be worth keeping an eye on what they're up to.
All IMO etc.
