Has the gold gone anywhere?
Has the copper gone anywhere?
Has Shaun said we will be funded to mine ?
Are we finding more gold and copper and other resources?
Is this all happening at HAV?
What else have we got to look forward to in the other licenses?
Conclusion the SP is Bol lacks!
It will all come good, just don’t let them grind you down!

Hi all carnage out there today not just here!
Anyway thinking about Sandeep and the 5% , in his own mind I think he is going to pay Ggp’s asking price.
Now why he is taking so long is because he is building the bank balance up a bit, because not forgetting he has been splashing the cash over the last couple of years.
Now he has to sell this purchase to his shareholders, who want higher dividends!
Now could they be in for a special divi to sweeten the purchase!
Just a thought and all in my opinion of course

Well today is another interesting day , if you keep on trying to keep the lid on pressure cooker and not release any pressure, it will blow up in your face!
This is getting ready to blow and when it does it’s going to race , I really wouldn’t like to be out of this when it goes!
There’s going to be big burning and hopefully the barstewards get hammered.

I have been saying for ages now no fresh blood has been coming in !
More people leaving than coming in !
I still think the recession is not the biggest threat to the house builders, its when the government throw money at the infrastructure ( which has been neglected for decades)
If the schools, hospitals, prisons, power stations, roads, railways etc etc etc go full pelt, labour demand will be at a premium and the highest bidder will win.
This is not just nationally this is world wide .
Just my opinion of course
But the good news is the housing demand is still there and at the moment we cannot catch up!

Also I believe this low ball offer will have to come very soon, probably before the end of may.
What will be interesting is when this comes in and the jump in sp occurs, who will try to day trade the share.
Could be some burning and very red face’s out there.

I think there first low ball offer will be between 24-28p, test the water and that will have to come soon (time running out)
The real test for the shareholders will be 50-55p, who will buckle?
Long term this share has a £1+ written all over it.

Just watching the news and they are asking people why and who they voted for!
Most are saying they should move on from party gate and beer gate there are more pressing issues (ie recession and cost of living)
Not being political and means nothing to me which way people vote.
But I personally believe the politicians want this drag on and are using the newspapers to keep stoking the fire.
Why because none of them have a clue what to do about it and are hoping us the people sort for them!
This is global and not national, so it is batten down the hatches and do what’s right in your own eyes, wether it’s holding gold , holding cash or risking the bargains out there is going to be your choice.
Normally a recession lasts about three years before starting to turn, how long we have been in this is hard to say, with Bs figures and all the other circumstances (ie covid,war )
So it’s down to us to sort it!

With most markets going on a downward spiral, institution’s will be out in force to rob the naive and desperate trader’s!
At the moment trading will be hard, so not for the inexperienced or faint hearted!
I think investing is the way forward at the moment.
