Just of late this share is like East Enders depressing, so you have to make your own entertainment, I only wish I wasn’t going through with the house purchase and my daughter’s wedding.
Otherwise I would be loading up and it would be fun!
But hey ho this will turn and I think now most people here have two pockets of shares one batch long term and one batch for trading.
Now what price will the big trading start?
We do need something to make this jump and then I think it will move quickly to new highs.

If Newcrest went for it, could there best way of doing it be .
Let’s say a 20p divi for Ggp holders plus the rest made up in Newcrest shares with the restriction you can’t sell for a year.
Would that work for both shareholders?
Then maybe the £1 a share value can be obtained!

I think she is airing on the side of caution, if the inevitable recession incoming dos’nt affect house builders.
We should know by end of February, then I feel it will be announced in March April!

To me the significance of this interview with Liam is massive, wether you are a newbie or experienced and a lth’s it doesn’t matter!
A ceo who has agreed to have a interview with a shareholder, shows me we have a ceo who we can trust , who ouses confidence and knows what he has got.
Although it will not have the same clout as a official Rns with some, to me and others it has more.

To me if there is to be a low ball offer for 100% HAV it would have to be soon!
Reason it will get rejected and then they will have a chance of a 2nd,3rd or 4th offer before mining!
In my eyes the offer has to come soon or not at all.

Spot on with your thoughts, this recession feels different!
Now wether it’s the mentality of the new generation (not afraid of debt) for me and probably you the size of some of these mortgages are eye watering and I probably wouldn’t be able to sleep.

Evening all I am not the most clued up person on how the monetary system works, but I learned one thing.
If there’s money involved there’s corruption and deceit.
Now take this share as an example, let’s say 50m shares being shorted that’s £6m a **** in the ocean.
Fines for the big financial institution’s that are eventually found guilty are pathetic!
So in hindsight it has to be rife!
But hey who are we?
We are the backbone of the country, trying to do right for ourselves and our family!
