Talk about mcap of company explain to me why persimmons who are paying a 12-14% divi , showing record profits, got order books full for next year, starved market!
Yet mcap is down nearly 40% this year!
Is that there CEO’s fault?

Roy he has delivered an increased MRE of 6.5 moz, he has said he has funding sorted for mining one way or another ( I believe him he hasn’t lied yet)
He has managed to get a grant from the state to drill with.
He has continually updated on great drill results!
He hasn’t as of yet or that we know of sorted the 5%.
Apart from that ‘What did the Romans do for US’
Mining is going ahead as previously stated, so I’m not sure what more you want from him?

And yes interesting time’s ahead, Shaun and his team have delivered (ignore the sp it’s not telling the truth) hopefully EG will bring him running he certainly seems very excited about it!

That’s another good question, because if you listen to the interview after they finish talking about his family and friends on the south coast, the interviewer asks him is there a project out there that’s going to pull him back in?
To me that says officially he is not involved, but as we all know unofficially he could be neck deep and that’s why I also wondered when Shaun was in England sorting out the financial aspect I just wondered if Callum was at the meetings to explain potential and what he considered Hav’s potential worth!

Watched the interview, a couple of things stuck out !
Callum said he was over in England meeting up with colleagues.
Would that have been roughly about the same time as Shaun Day gave that talk and meet?
Secondly he is back home on the south coast, I know he has taken a backseat but like anyone who loves there job and it certainly seems like he loves his job, it’s very hard to give up your baby especially this big a baby, in your view do you still think he goes up to HAV and adds his pennies worth?

That’s interesting,especially as I was just reading about the Russian’s are about to default, even though they have paid it into a European pay system to pay it .
But because of the sanctions the system can’t/won’t pay it.
So no one is sure if it is going to be a officially classed as a default.

As I understood it , it has gone to a independent valuation?
I am not 100% sure, this in my eyes says they have someone else to value it!

Did I see earlier that someone got a Email saying the two boards have agreed to have a independent valuation of the 5%?
That’s a good thing in my view, probably when the agreement was written neither board of CEO’s would have thought it was going to be this big and it probably has more holes in the agreement than a net!
So both parties valuation could be determined right!
At least this way they both save face and a amicable valuation can be reached!
All in my opinion of course
