Just been thinking, Christmas they announced the 5% deal and I think we were about 14-15p, on that news we went to about 17p and now we are in the 9-10p bracket and all we have had is good news!
Somebody said I hope we get a 45% increase like Eua, now that puts us where we were at Christmas!
You have to laugh really how this share has been manipulated we would be happy where we at Christmas!
Got to take your hat off to them they are bloody good:))

I think since the last recession all the HB’s got together unofficially and agreed to control the market and not get caught out like that again, it nearly destroyed wimps!
If you think about it how many different prime ministers have tried to force the house builders to build more, with no success!
Starv the market and you will always have a queue!

Most people are expecting Ncm first purely because they are listed in Australia and Ggp are listed in England.
But nothing is set in stone!

Do you not think we have been in a recession, I know they keep on saying we are going into a recession but to me we have been in one for about a year!
It might not have run into the housing side but to the man on the street probably yes it has .
I know covid kind of hid a lot of the problems to the back pocket.
But to me recession has been here for at least a year could of been longer.

Great thoughts and well put, now it seems everyone and his dog is coming to the idea HAV is a 20moz+ mine!
A question for all really we know the sp is cheap, now I can understand why most pi’s have stopped piling in because most are balls deep and have other plans for there monies, but I can’t understand why the institution’s have not piled in more .
I know some have started to increase there holding but not with any urgency!
Just my opinion and welcome any thoughts

Just listening to the radio and an advertisement come on for gold, saying surprisingly gold is now 100 times more than what it was worth in the seventies!
Is this correct? If so bloody scary if carries on like that in fifty years time what would be worth then?

No I didn’t, I know people are frustrated at the moment with the sp and it was a inflated sp at37p so a correction was inevitable but this low ?
Don’t think so , so we are all looking for someone or something to blame and I suppose Roy chose Shaun.
