Over time that’s $1b+ , am I missing something?

Let’s think for a moment, we need to raise probably $100m+ by next year (guestamit)
Now and between then we will have another if not two MRE’s which we can produce ourselves because we have nothing holding us back and I would presume Newcrest would not dispute anymore.
So the fact is Shaun has done one for 6.5moz and confirmed by Ncm.
He also said there is 20moz but not in writing and he has not lied so far.
Now how high will his next quote be in a years time?
And people still question wether we will get funding!

I have just had a walk down the river and it hit me.
It’s the Newcrest shareholders who have done this, with a rubbish dividend in comparison with others and a year long declining sp .
I think they told the board get this sorted one way or another!
Because if you think about it if Sandeep is still playing games he still had a few days to announce he wasn’t going to purchase the 5% and leave it to the shorters to up there games.
Newcrest sp went up over 3% on this.

Another company going bang , shame I wonder how many more casualties before this is over.

I am very happy and surprised we never gave away the 5% for a measly $60m .
I also believe that Shaun has the funding sorted for mining whatever the outcome.
We hope mining ( which is planned for early 2024) will go ahead.
My only concern is if they put this back, I know they have pumped a lot into Telfer and have 1200 staff on the payroll, but this is the only complication I can see to prevent our inevitable £1.44 a share.
My question is have we got a official start date or is this something that can bite us.
I only ask this because we will have to get another form of income to keep the lights on while we wait.

Shaun has got what he wanted and he has had a game plan since he came in now is his time to shine!
He bought in big guns on the board , he released his own MRE, he has always stated he wants it all 30% .
So all is falling in place, now let’s see what he does next!

What a buying opportunity this is I am sorely tempted to dip into funds destined for elsewhere, but don’t think I can either my daughter would cut my jacobs off or my missus depending on which fund I emptied!
Risky but could be worth it!
Anyway back to the 5% a lot of people including myself because we were giving it away to cheap and now some are complaining because they haven’t taken it!
Shaun is a happy boy now and I bet his phone has been working overtime, I believe he had financial side sorted for mining and now he has an extra 5% to play with!
Watch this space he can now run riot!
Maybe Sandeep’s hands were tied and maybe he is fighting for his corporate life who knows, but this is a gift and we should embrace it with open arms!
