First of all well done matty, great job!
We are now in March and no information on the 5% which means in my view they are miles apart!
The silence is deafening, which in my view bodes well for us, because if they have put in such a low ball offer , we should get the favourable arbitration .
Now they will have to choose wether to pay what we want or loose the 5% , win win for us .
Maybe that’s why Shaun is toeing the line and not giving them any ammunition to appeal!

After Christmas we were expecting a spate of news and haven’t received anything meaningful!

We know they are trying to drive down the price so if any of the news was bad that would of been published.

They done a fund raise if I remember rightly for £500m at about £1.40ish a couple of years back for land purchase.
That direction I thought was good!

But I will say this my labourer is Moldovan he has relatives in ukrain and Russia married by generations.
So you can imagine there’s lots of families like that !
