On the persimmons Rns they said they wanted to do 4-7% more build’s for this year!
I am very interested to see how they will do this?
Especially when we have had another great winter, not a lot of lost time!

Question over the last year of these antics I have accumulated about 150k more shares than I wanted to really.
But hey I should reap the benefits later:) but as I understand it others have been accumulating as well and not many announcing sells !
Do you believe they have accumulated more shares or are down?
Just a question probably an impossible one:)))

Your leader sticks his neck out and announces you have 50% more resources than previously and your sp has gone up 3.7% :))))
I am expecting a big UT trade and some meaty after hours trading!

I still think we should of kept the money back for land purchase and buying power.
Recession looming interest rates having to rise, unfortunately cash is king and who knows we could of used it to buy out a smaller HB with a good land bank,
But hey ho we can’t grumble to much, we are profit making with a decent margin:))))

Hi All just back from work , was expecting the sp to be higher but hey it just confirms what we all know the shares are in sticky hands and they are going to have to up the price to prize them from our hands.
Still the same 20m shares being passed around, all in my view!
Definitely a 20m Oz min mine now, brilliant statement by our leader , it will be interesting to hear what the Newcrest shareholders are going to say when they wake up this morning.
SB will have some explaining to do :))))

Personally I would of rather them kept it back for land purchase, land will be getting shorter in supply and the value of land will only rise!
Does make a mockery of that fund raise a couple of years ago.

I am calm but let’s say you wanted a house built by me and you have paid me the money for this and I said it would be done by mid February!
It’s now March you would want to know why it wasn’t done, it’s the same here, if we hit a problem let us know.
Also why give a dateish at all and just say we are in negotiations over the 5% .
Just my opinion and personally I think it’s fair

Especially with the antics going on with the SP !

Then surely there should be either a joint statement or a Rns, stating we are extending negotiations by 1,2 3 weeks or it’s gone to arbitration.
It’s the shareholders right to know.
Or am I missing something?

Mh1 I thought mid February was the deadline, if they needed to extend that it should be in Rns surely.
