Also if you work it out on 6m Oz, 5% of that is 300k Oz, so in turn in ground price will work out for every $100 price we get equal’s to $30m dollars, I would like to see $600 an Oz.
Is that greedy not in my eyes.

I know what you are saying and it is a bit of a peeve having to go over it again, but when there is no noise coming out of either camp and this could have the potential to set us up for mining, it is a important topic.

I try to keep myself debt free and the monies I was referring to are to finish the upstairs of a house I bought in France.
About 20k, that could wait until next year if need be , but I would like it done asap .
But hey ho there is probably a lot more people in this share with a similar dilemma.

I understand that this is a complicated issue for both parties to get the best for there shareholders.
But what I don’t understand this end of February date, they must of both agreed it and the December cut of date.
I, like you and like Shaun would like this out of the way, at least then we would have an idea of how much a fund raise would be needed and we could move on.
I have several projects this year which are life changing and my fund’s need to be allocated, so sorry to everyone for keep bringing this up, but if I need to keep funds back for a fund raise I would rather know sooner than later.
Anyway Bamps keep up the good work and keep well:)))

I too am concerned about Ncm actions, I know GH has agreed a **** deal over this 5% but all deals are not set in stone and most can be renegotiated.
Now if you want a long working relationship with someone you don’t **** them over in the first days.
Why come out with a end of February date move it and then say the valuation cut of date is still December.
Talk about having your cake and eat it.
For me I am hoping that Shaun might be using one of the other licenses as leverage, but once again I am second guessing.
But in my view the deal with the 5% is dead and should of gone to arbitration by now or ripped up.
All in my opinion of course

Still building at a fast rate round east mids, all seem to be selling.
I went down to Suffolk at the weekend, massive building going on there especially around Felixstowe way.
So in my view all good, how about the other regions?

400kish at an average of 16p , 300k for divi later on !
100k for trading beer tokens.
I think big trading will happen at 20-25p , trading should start at about 18p.
