I have slept on this and I retract my request of ripping up the 5% agreement because thinking on it, we would in turn have to rip up the costs +10% agreement!
So let’s leave it to SD to work out which is better for us!

Firstly I would like to apologise if I was rude to you!
But one question would you accept a valuation of $100 an ounce for our 5% , based on our MRE2.
So I can’t see Shaun accepting it , also you have pretty much 5% of 50m Oz mine, that must be worth something.
Like I said in the previous post I can’t see arguments from Newcrest over $3m

Also what people have to remember is it was Newcrest who asked for the range to change from 10%-20%!
So 10% of $30m is nothing, they wouldn’t be quibbling about $3m , so in my view it’s a lot higher!

Why on earth are you talking $25-$30m for the 5%?
That figure should no way be in the equation just like $1bill should not be entertained!

Think about it we have built hundreds of thousands of houses over the past few years and what schools, hospitals or anything else has been built.
Around our way the kids can’t get into there local schools.
But anyway what do I know?
We will be in demand one way or another!

Interesting chat in the T hut today, it was discussed when the neglected infrastructure kicks we will be busy as hell.
Thinking about it all the schools are bursting at the seams, prison’s over run , hospitals need building and this is without the nuclear stations.
We should be in more and more demand.
They might struggle to get houses built, there could be a bit of a tug of war for tradesmen.

Bricklayers on site get roughly 10-12k to build a 450k house!

Also what I have noticed in the last year is if SD thinks Newcrest are going to down play there results he drops something in to settle nerves.

The news I best wish for is the Fmv for the 5% and I mean Fmv.
We are not the guilty or greedy party here we just want what’s right, either that or the deal is dead!
SB dos’nt want this to go to arbitration otherwise it would of gone there by now.
So let’s get the deal done SB and we can all move on to mining and drilling!

I think the trading update will be good, house prices have been rising, materials have gone up, at the moment labour prices (especially in brickwork) have stagnated!
I am not sure about the other trades.
