So looking at the situation, Sandeep would find it easier to do a buyout of HAV, before his offer of 5%( easier to get past the board and shareholders)
Unless he does a blinding MRE2, then that would cost him more!
What a dilemma he has :)))
Low ball offer for the 5% and try to convince shareholders the 25% valuation has got to big!
Or put out a big MRE2 and pay top dollar for the 30%!
Shaun must be smiling all the way to the bank:)))))

After sleeping on it and opening my eyes to the 5% situation.
I have come to this conclusion!
Shaun is in Glasgow with his Fmv
Sandeep is in Southampton
At a guess the arbitrator is in Glasgow
So Sandeep has to convince his shareholders to get on the train to Glasgow and how far up they want to go with the 20% variation they need to get to Durham!
So looks good for us and I can’t wait for this to breakout it’s coming so don’t miss the train!
