sold by ICL. (Apologies if you know it already).
As for the sp, the bond's going to be 'toured' from this Friday coming so expect to see the confirmation before August... let's face it, if JPM are ready to fund the next stage then they'll be punting this out to all their clients as a positive, if only to get their loan going.
Personally expecting the news to significantly add to the sp... only trouble for traders is guessing where the support will be but, considering it'll unlock $2.5bill it could go ballistic.. can see anyone who was in at 30p cheering being back in profit... just a punt guess whether the rise continues past that? Depends on what news coverage is received... certainly would think it'd be huge news oop north... be interesting to see whethe ti becomes a national news item as there are some sexy pics for the news editors to drool over... and then the polician's will want to jump onboard the 'northern powerhouse' tag, especially brexiters, as proof of life after EU.
I won't punt a silly number, though, if this goes through easily can see... no... must... stop... myself!
erm... why would anyone bother buying bonds in the first place if they were going to short? This isn't a situation where buying the bonds give you any inside info on the state of the company... you either believe that the returns from the bonds are infintiely better than, say, govt. bonds or you think it's all unsustainable and short. No idea why one would bother cancelling out a financial opinion buy betting against ones self?
just got back in... so, before bed, an answer:
because of ludicrous statements like an estimate of £1.00 per share, based on proactive investor's... quote from ol' man Sefton!
So how is that any less damaging to any new investors than anything a 'troll' says. The idea that existing investors whinge about losing money while baiting nubies to come in so they can get out at a higher price is not even ironic... just poor.
Still, that's what investing's about, eh, getting someone else to take your shares at a higher price!
That's a bit like the brexit logic that suggests EU will cave, because it's in noone's interest to do a no deal. But it doesn't stop it happening.
When you have two parties who both feel the other side is at fault or that reparations have already been fulfilled or are protecting their reputation or just believe they can win as the other side is weak...
Not the best time for this to be happening... deferral would be preferable, unles SMP feel situation could get worse.
is the crony fanbois who laughed at his jokes... while, i'm presuming, the audience members were sitting on 70% losses on their buys... was extraordinary.
What was funny was how pompous the questioners were, thinking they were big time investors, asking about dividends. Jesus, dividends! A planted question if ever I saw one... still might've pulled in another few at 6.5p.
No... that's the equvialent of paying for the stuff you've tried to nick... there's a penalty due here for the shameful way AAOG investors have had their sp creamed off for what looks like private gain.
Sefton's pretty much ridden roughshod over the investors with his barefaced profiteering and complete disnterest in making money in AAOG in every way except investing in shares.
Personally, I don't see anything that might happen to Sefton as being detrimental to the company... probably do the sp a favour. He's just the moneyman... and, as such, he's been a poor moneyman, unless you think it's his job to consistently find money on ever decreasingly difficult terms, due to things like the lack of a cpr?
Start knocking out the rns' that prove that things are still moving forward... only way to shut up the 'trolls'. Shut them up good and proper!
First, don't cut'n'paste from motley... never a good move in anything money related! :)
Second, as with any investment vehicle, the riskier the asset, the greater potneital for profit. AAA offers minimal profit, B is higher risk with much greater potential profits.
I'd equate it to the difference between a cash ISA and a Stocks and Shares ISA.
But then we all know that investing is risky and those who buy the bonds will have ample opportunity to buy and sell them on... pretty much as we investors have.
If I wanted AAA status I'd open a Nat West current account and enjoy my 0.2% per year interest.
better an unhealthy obsession with a share I wouldn't dream of reetering again without proof of a future, instead of the nonsensical ramping that Tiburn is putting in, on 15 trades a day.
Ramping on such a poor investment credetials atm is, I'd say, the more needing of a secure wing. To lose money is poor... but to keep on losing money suggesting the outlook is bright, in spite of the news is... maybe that's why it's called ramp-ton? hahaaaaa!
Thankfully, as long as the fca have actual teeth, they won't be distracted by such mind games and will concentrate on the ATOG creation with ABO directors to take an asset that AAOG were charged for, while Sefton was in charge of both and then tried/managed to take the asset without any compensation for the full return plus %, as it's impossible to negotiate with yourself!
Now I think you're the troll, just working a reverse angle...
Never have I heard such absolute bllox posted about this share. I can only assume that you're being either ironic or funny becuase it it was absolute I feel rather certain that the company would have had more than 15 trades (not buys, but trades, including sells).
I won't filter you though, as I'm impressed at your endless drivel and the world needs laughs at times such as these. : )
... that's the new rig's arrival.
Sefton said in the June oil pres that it was 'somewhere in Africa'... good to know it's close by! : )
Have a good weekend, all, whatever your persuasion.
and the company choosing to continue with it, after agreeing (i presume they agreed?) to have a welding shop set up next door to do whatever was needed?
The fact that they negotiated a discounted deal during the process would, presumably, invalidate any claims? Anyway, it's a side issue... the bigger one relates to details about the rigs selection and arrival? without that, the sp's just blowing in the wind.
Still, be a relief not to have to read any negative posts until late sunday night, eh! And maybe looking forward to a Monday rns?
i think you're find that people have got better things to do... the 'civility' comes from folk having made their several points and the sp languishing. You would normally be able to tell from the lack of 'this message has been filtered' posts... but you won't read it here, if I'm filtered!
Until there's more news to add fuel to the fire of the conversation just be greatful for the lull.
Best of luck!
